Communication was very good. Car was awaiting us upon arrival in Punta Cana. One minor glitch on the pick for departure. Car arrived a little late, which caused us some concern, but communication was good and we were assured that we would arrive at the airport on time for departure, which we did! If you are looking for a luxury transport, this is not the company. We found the value for the service was great. This was a short ride for us to Cap Cana, so the type of vehicle was not an issue. Also, if you do not speak Spanish, you cannot communicate with the drivers. All in all a great value.

Wonderful company! Amazing communication before during and after our transfer. They were waiting with a sign with our name on it, kind helpful driver. Office staff checked right at the beginning if we needed a return trip as well. We definitely recommend this company. Very reasonable price, drove thru various weather and traffic.
