Exemplary service!!!!!! I was meeting friends in the DR, traveling solo and scheduled this service in the wee hours of the morning, 6 hours before my departure flight. My flight was delayed, I was late 90min or more. Upon landing, I reached out to let the service know what happened. They were so professional, courteous and accommodating. By the time my luggage and I were in the car, a friend had alone landed and collected her luggage. The car service was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating, I was able to add a rider to my round-trip airport transfer, smoothly and seamlessly. The driver was good looking, gracious, and drove aggressively 🤩 Since I'd added the car service name in our travel chat, the other 2 travelers used them too!

Overall I would recommend this company for your travel needs. We used them in late April of 2026. They are in the middle of construction at the airport currently and this has created a huge traffic jam for drivers going to the pickup spot. The lady who greeted us while we waited for the driver asked us to walk a few minutes to meet him but we declined because we didn't want to walk in the sun. That was a mistake because the traffic made us wait for over 20 minutes. If we had just walked to meet him we could have saved a lot of time. If she asks you to walk to meet the driver I would accept if I were you. On the return trip days later from the resort the communication was great and the driver picked us up right on time. Glad we chose this company!

I had an excellent experience with this transfer service from Punta Cana to my resort and would absolutely give them 5 stars. From the very beginning, communication was clear, prompt, and professional, which gave me peace of mind while traveling. What really stood out was the driver’s patience and dedication. My flight was delayed by more than a full day, and despite this major change, he still stayed in contact and made sure I was taken care of. That level of reliability and commitment is rare, especially when travel plans become complicated. The driver was extremely helpful, easy to reach, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Anytime I needed an update or had a question, communication was smooth and stress-free. After such a long and exhausting delay, it was a huge relief to know that my transportation was still secure and that someone was there looking out for me. The ride itself was comfortable, and the whole experience felt organized and dependable. I truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and flexibility shown throughout the entire situation. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to Punta Cana and needing reliable transportation to their resort. They went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for their outstanding service.
