Pack a page with waters it’s super hot they do not supply anything. Drink plenty of water. I almost passed out. U can bring goggles, towels, bandannas. Or they have them for sell. They also have a bar if you like and each stops do have water and alcohol for sale if you like. The beach was cool every thing was good at each stop. If u purchase food or anything it’s 18% or 25%

Punta Cana can definitely get very hot, especially during an outdoor adventure, so we strongly recommend staying well hydrated and bringing water or electrolytes. Water and other beverages are also available for purchase at the different stops and at our bar.

Excellent experience from start to finish! So much fun and just exactly the perfect amount of stop. The beach was nice. The cenote was beautiful and the stop at the plantation house was fun too! We all loved it!

It was a good time. I like that we were on the ATVs the entirety of the tour. Experienced the culture. Spoke to the residents. Overwhelmed with people asking for money or selling items.

It is just a tourist trap. The lagoon pool in the cave we couldn't even get to because there were too many people and we only had 20 minutes. The trails we went on weren't even scenic and every stop had locals just trying to sell you something.

We would like to clarify that approximately 20 minutes is the scheduled time allotted for the cave stop as part of the complete tour itinerary. Unfortunately, this is a public attraction used by several excursion companies, so the number of visitors can occasionally create delays that are outside our direct control.
The route is designed primarily as an off-road countryside experience rather than a panoramic sightseeing tour. Additionally, the vendors encountered at the different public stops operate independently and are not affiliated with our company. All purchases are completely optional, and guests are never required to buy anything.
Nevertheless, we understand your disappointment and appreciate your comments, as they help us review how our guides manage timing and communicate with guests during busy periods.
The crew was very friendly and helpful!! Did a great job translating everything to English for us! You will be shades and a face cover!

The experience was fine. They try to sell you a bandana face covering which we bought but honestly didn’t need on the ATV. I was very turned off when the guide asked us all to leave a review and he wanted to see peoples reviews which I found very distasteful.

They are offered only as an optional item for guests who may find them useful to protect their face from dust, mud, or dirt during the ride. Whether to purchase one or not is entirely each guest’s personal choice.

Really fantastic experience, we certainly got the right kind of messy in the boogies but the coffee tasting and shops, the water caves and Macao Beach were absolutely stunning. Highlight of the trip - get used to saying no to the locals but please do support the community in what you enjoy. The coffee is delicious!

We had a bit of a stressful start to our morning. We were scheduled for an 8:25 AM pickup, but the driver didn’t find us in the lobby and left. However, the company handled the situation professionally and promptly rescheduled us for the 11:20 AM tour the same day. We were so relieved they could fit us in so quickly!
Once we got to the site, our guide Panda took over and he was absolute magic. His energy is infectious and he made sure everyone was having a blast from start to finish. It had rained earlier, which made the trails nice and muddy—perfect for ATV riding—but the weather was beautiful while we were out.
The Highlights:
The Cenote: We stopped at a breathtaking cave cenote. Jumping into the crystal-clear water was so refreshing!
Local Flavors: we tried authentic Dominican chocolate and coffee, which were both excellent, plus a taste of Mama Juana.
The Beach: Our last stop was a beautiful beach for a swim and some relaxation.
Important Tips for Future Riders:
Bring Extra Cash: This is my biggest piece of advice! Lunch at the beach is available to purchase and is not included in the tour price. Also, I really regretted not bringing more cash for tips. The guides like Panda work so hard (especially fixing our pickup issue), so come prepared to show them some love!
Gear: Bring towels and a waterproof/dustproof bag for your phone. You will get muddy, and you'll want dry things for the beach.
Despite the early morning hiccup, this turned into a 5-star day. If you’re looking for a real Dominican adventure, ask for Panda!

My son-in-law and I were on quads, and that was fun. The guide was fine but he kept on driving around the fun, mud puddles and we finally realized we didn’t really need to follow him and the trip became better when we just started splashing through the mud. At every stop it’s pretty much a shopping session and the people at the cenote are friendly, butare a little aggressive. Whatever you do, don’t buy lunch at Macao beach. Everything is priced separately and for two small chicken dinners with rice and beans and two beers was $75 US without the tip. The chicken was tasty though. Overall, the tour was good but not amazing as many people right. They kind of hound you for a review before you even leave the business so I think a lot of reviews online probably aren’t that accurate.

Some stops are included to support local families and small businesses, but we understand that not everyone enjoys that style of experience. Regarding the route: our guides sometimes adjust the trail based on weather, safety, and group level. That said, your feedback is helpful—we’ll reinforce with the team that guests who want a “more mud / more action” experience should be accommodated when conditions allow.
About food and pricing at Macao Beach: the beach restaurants and vendors are independent third parties, so their pricing is not controlled by us. However, we do not want anyone feeling pressured, and we’ll remind partners and staff that a respectful, no-pressure environment is essential.
Lastly, we’re sorry if you felt pushed to leave a review on-site. We never want guests to feel uncomfortable, and we’ll address this with our team.

LOVED!! quick excursion with multiple stops that were quick and not drawn out. The cenote was very very nice, i do wish we had more time there since it was overly crowded but otherwise i took a dip swam and it was good enough.

We had the best time and felt safe and secure on this excursion. After another excursion this week that was NOT what we expected from the explanation, this one was a real standout. Mr. Panda was the our guide - he kept us on schedule and showed us everything we hoped to see. The cenote was beautiful, the photos worth every penny, and the excursion company was kind and knowledgeable.

Great ATV Drive, great scenery and a feel of the country outside of the resort. however instructors should do more to make sure everyone understand how to operate the ATV and Inform them not to tailgate to avoid any collisions.

Overall great experience! We had lots of fun riding the ATVs and if that's all it was about then I would have given it 5 stars. We didn't go through very much mud so we were more dusty/dirty than muddy. The one star I didn't give was because every stop was basically a vendor location and you were bombarded with vendors trying to sell their products, plus it was a little unorganized. If you're ok with that then you'll thoroughly enjoy this excursion!!

I treated 14 of my family and friends to an ATV Adventure Saturday, May 31 in honor of my birthday. The pickup driver of the open air bus was courteous and we got to see the Punta Cana up close and personal on the drive to the vehicles.
I did notice one of the buggies in our group that took off before us had a low tire. I still didn’t think much of it when my friends in front of me were told to get out of the next available buggy and go to the one behind it. I did think it was strange when I and my partner were told to get into buggy by friends were told to get out of. 🤨
As our large group took off over the deep dips and axle shaking terrain, the trip actually seemed to go well with our guide, Alexis.
I also thought it was strange one of the workers with the company was going around with a bicycle tire pump airing up while we were at our stops.
Things went sour fast after we returned and Alexis asked us to give him a good review. My friends who were told to go to another buggy were now being told they caused a flat tire and had to pay $100! They along with the group followed the path we were led on and they had no accidents of any kind. They also made it back to the terminal with the group and didn’t notice any flat tire. Since the reservation was in my name I stepped in and told my friends to refuse.
This company operates a vehicle business but either purposely traps unsuspecting customers or doesn’t maintain the vehicles properly. Either way, I would not recommend.

Had a fantastic time! Alexis our guide made us feel safe and taken care of. We got to swim in the cave pool and go to Macao beach and tried hot chocolate and fresh coffee. I would definitely do this again!
This is a very fun tour! Full of activities. I would definitely recommend! The tour guide German was amazing! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You will definitely be covered in mud by the end of tour.
This experience was the best! Our tour guides were amazing! I think the lead guides name was Jose (don’t quote me), but he was personable and helpful. He made sure to check on us along the way to ask if we were okay. It was a pleasure spending the day with him. The photographer took the most AMAZING pictures! I’ve never come back from a vacation with pics this good. Don’t skip on purchasing the pictures! All-in-all, this was a wonderful experience.

That said, we’re actively working with local authorities and community leaders to implement strategic solutions that will help regulate these areas better and ensure a more authentic and comfortable experience for our guests. Our goal is always to showcase the true richness of Dominican culture in the best possible way.
Enjoyed the quad biking and the caves/ coffee making, the photos were very expensive at $70 for a few pictures
