Top-Notch. 5 stars isn’t enough. This tour operator really understands great customer service and delivers on the experience they promise. Shortly after I booked this tour, the tour operator texted me to provide a point of contact. Over the next few weeks, they promptly and professionally answered any question I asked by text. A week before the excursion, they sent me detailed instructions on where to meet for the pick up to begin our tour, including pictures that made it fool proof. The truck they picked us up in was well maintained and comfortable. Once at the site of the tour, they fitted us for helmets and goggles, provided lockers (for a $5 fee) and rest rooms, and then gave us quick instructions for the tour. There were 16 people (8 buggies) on rhe tour. We were accompanied by 4 guides in 4 separate buggies/atv’s. One guide took photos and videos. The others led the way and ensured we had a good time. As promised, we got soaked and muddy. It was a blast. The guides promptly stepped in to was off our goggles whenever needed. When they noticed my buggy starting to overheat, they had us swap with one a tour guide had been riding to avoid any delays. My 85-year old parents declared it was the best tour they had ever done (and they are seasoned travelers). It was definitely in my top 3 tours of all time. We all would repeat this tour the next time we are in the Dominican Republic.

Definitely a great trip to spend half the day! If you get an ATV, you won’t get as muddy as the buggies. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip with Charlie as our ATV Guide, Cappuccino as the photographer, and Johnson as the starter. The cenote is definitely more packed on busier days but Macao beach was beautiful. Make sure to bring your own goggles or bandana to protect your face, but they will sell them to you there as well. Highly recommended.

We loved this tour! Henry our guide made the experience incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and truly went above and beyond to show us Punta Cana and beyond. The church was gorgeous, we really enjoyed seeing the farmhouse with acres of cocoa trees and much more. Highly recommended!
