The experience from start to finish was phenomenal. Our tour guide Cassue came ready with high frequency energy and had the guest entertained right throughout. This experience is not one to pass by. I would recommend anyone looking for a whole day excursion in the DR to do it! My first time doing horse back riding and I was very fearful as a guide assisted me all the way through the tour. Also, the zip line was short but fun, the dune buggies were great which is a thrill seeker. I can't stop raving about this experience. Just come prepare with bandanas and goggles for the dust and a thrill ride. Not the mention the cave experience, that was a vibe to cool you off from the days activities. This is a must do adventure.

When we went on the experience we didn't get zip lining, horseback riding, the plumbing wasn't working. We did the atv and a few of our atv stop working. Overall the experience was horrible so we didn't experience anything at all.

The listing says it is 9 activities that include hanging bridges and Macao Beach as well as a typical Dominican house. We did not experience those three things. There is a lot of wait time in between each activity where you start to get bored and ready to go. Beware of the people outside the cave with the animals, especially the large man with the monkey. He will put the animal on you without permission and tell you that you need to pay something. I had to reach out to my transportation provider to get details about pickup because they had not reached out to me. Overall I would give it a 6/10 for the price compared to experience.

Booking is easy but we did not get all of the attractions that they present. When questioned about it at the time of the activities they stated it was a misrepresentation and there was nothing that they could do. Requested a refund for the portion that we did not get and it was rejected. 3 of the attractions not completed but a full payment was given.

My friend stop telling lie. Remember you booked without transportation. And you called me in private asking me to send someone because your Uber driver got lost. So, we are not responsible. You enjoyed all the 9 attractions, the food, the tainos show, the buggy, the cave, the Dominican Carnival, the drinks, the horses back riding, everything… You called me in private asking me to refund you 200 usd, if not you would leave a bad review. Let me just say this … this adventure was everything! I love the high energy entrance, learning about the culture. The cultural dances . The staff energy is amazing! The cave swim party and afterparty , the horses were so adorable! Thanks for making my birthday special! Oh and lunch was great and filling! Get the all day pass! You won’t be disappointed.

False advertisement

It says 9 exclusions we only did 3. There were NO FOOD INCLUDED. You have to pay for it. We only went on the buggies, zip lining and the cave. It is false advertisement. Just book the half day because either way you won’t get your money worth. They wouldn’t give me a refund or even a partial refund. The car ride DID NOT have a ac!
