Advertised as Luxury private transfer. Car was old, in need of repair and an hour late. Driver was a nice guy. I would not recommend this service.

An airport employee used his phone to call our driving service to let them know we were there. Our driver Jose was very friendly and helpful. He had beverages for us and his vehicle was very clean. We would highly recommend Jose again.

The arrival in Punta Cana was a little rough. There was no one at the pickup point. Representatives of other companies noticed we looked a little confused and asked who we were looking for. One of the guys confirmed we were in the right place and called the company on his phone after telling us the guy we were looking for wasn't around. The rep we talked to on the phone apologized and said somebody would be there in 2 minutes to get us which turned into 15 minutes. Once the driver arrived everything was fine. Confirmation of the return trip pickup time was very easy. The return trip to the airport was great. The driver arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and helpful.

Our driver was excellent and professional! We didn’t have to look far for him and instantly grabbed our things. It was very hot outside but he had the SUV already cool and comfortable for us.

Terrible experience the diver was late the sign did not have the correct name on it at the airport the car wreaked of cigarette smoke and no one was answering the phone when I could not find the driver.

Very Disappointed with this car service so far. The driver was not there when our plane landed. We waited over 45 min. The reason we do a car service is so you don’t get hounded by people asking you for rides, giving you their cards, and trying to sell you stuff. Well that was pointless. We have a scheduled return trip with them. Let’s see if they can be on time for that?

The limo was very old and air conditioning non existent. We would expect much better for $240. We def would just take a cab for 30$ next time as it’s pretty uncomfortable riding in a 80 degree limo

First of all I paid 150 round trip for the Escalade truck expecting it to be new, clean and up to date. Instead the trucks were run down, old, missing pieces all over the truck big rims looked like a gangster's car. Listen this is suppose to be VIP 150 is a lot of money USD this is far from VIP.
If your okay with getting driven in a car with no license plates, big rims, old model truck then proceed. Other than that I would not book again.
Don't say VIP when your really not. Run down Poor service.
Oh and I wanted to tip the driver at the end and he didn't even have change for a 100$ bill. Like come on. Poor service

First time in Dominican Republic traveled as a couple and didn’t know what to expect with transportation especially after reading different reviews but were pleasantly surprised right from the beginning of our trip.
We reserved our ride a month in advance with Luxury Airport Transfers RD through Viator and fell good about it just waiting for possible surprises. During that time we received multiple emails stating that we will be charged full amount, which we didn’t pay yet, a couple days prior to our vacation trip and other confirmation details like where and how we’ll be picked up at the airport.
Our driver Manny was humbly waiting for us right where it was specified in pick up details with a digital type of sign with our names on. We followed him to his black SUV and he safely took us to our Majestic Mirage, giving us a lot of different information about the city and answering lot’s of different questions.
Same thing happened at pick up to airport, Manny was there a little before the time of pick up waiting for us with a smile. BTW I called transportation company a day prior leaving hotel to make sure we’re getting the same driver.
Over all we had great experience with this company. Thank you Viator and Luxury Airport Transfers RD! Until next time!

We had an amazing driver that waited for us as immigration took quite a while. We had a great escalade waiting for us and our driver knew right where to go. He also told us about Punta Cana on the way there!
