Awesome tour with Steve!

This was an excellent tour with the amazing Steve as our tour guide! The tour was extremely well organized and very on time. Great selection of sites to stop at including Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, Moraine Lake and Louise Lake. Steve gave a great tour with lots of interesting history and insights but also gave lots of time to just take in the gorgeous views as we drove. He was perfectly clear with instructions on where to check out at the sites with the time we had and also clearly communicated when to be back at the bus - nobody was ever late so it obviously worked! 😁 Steve had a great sense of humour, was very entertaining and also very welcoming to everyone. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Great Tour, by a Great Guide!

The tour started off with a pickup from Downtown Calgary, we then travelled to Banff National Park, on the way, our driver was very informative about places we were passing. We had ample time at each destination in our itinerary. At every point, our guide took us to the main spots then let us go off and do our own thing. Another note, that hot drinks were provided and the guide took great photos. A shoutout to our Guide/Driver, Mark - he showed a lot of passion and knowledge of Banff and the surrounding area. He was really friendly and inclusive, a true credit to Grizzly Banff Tours!

OMG what an incredible day!!!

What an amazing 11 hours we spent with Moe! We traversed several parks to spend time in Johnston Canyon, Emerald Lake and elsewhere. But the very best was putting cleats on our shoes and climbing in the snow, mush and ice to the top of Peyto Mountain (and feeling very sorry for folks trying to make the trek in sneakers, Crocs and sandals). Okay there were two favorites: Lake Louise was absolutely spectacular, unbelievably turquoise. All in all, we had an incredible time thanks to Moe.

We like our tour guide, Aashish

I traveled to Banff with my colleague on this tour, and it was a great experience. The pickup was on time, and we actually spent more time in Banff than what was stated in the description, which was a nice surprise. Our guide, Aashish, was also the driver. He drove steadily and safely, and he was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. For people who love taking pictures, this tour is a great choice because Aashish takes really good photos. He knows how to make girls look slimmer and taller in pictures, which I really appreciated:) He is also easy to communicate with for photos. From chatting with his colleague in Banff, I also learned that he has been working to improve his photography skills. He is clearly a very hardworking person. I definitely had a wonderful trip and would love to go back again!

Really enjoyed the tour,...

Really enjoyed the tour, bus driver Louis is very knowledgeable about the area. Bus was small 12 seater which is ok for fit people. Places we visited were excellent. BUT we were told by the bus driver that LAKE EMERALD was completely frozen so we were given a choice to go or see the natural ARCH. We found out the next 26/5/26 that the lake has been unfrozen since 11/5/26, so this was disappointing.

Worth It!

The tour was absolutely amazing. Ben was very knowledgeable, and had lots of insight into the attractions as well as sights we passed along the way, he had great food recommendations and a fun sense of humor. Everything was super organized, and we were given the perfect amount of time for each stop. Considering all the stops we made, these tickets were honestly a steal of a deal. 100% would recommend this experience to anyone. Thank you again Ben for making this such a perfect day!
