Had a wonderful experience on this trip. Our tour guide, Heather, was knowledgeable, energetic and went out of her way to make sure our group had a great time. The scenery was beautiful. Wish we had more time to explore Banff, but it was worth the money.

Dan was a great guide very knowledgeable about the area. If you plan on hiking much at any of the stops this tour doesn’t give you a lot of time. You do get to see Lake Louise and Moraine lake but not enough time to do some of the popular hikes at each place. No time for canoes at Moraine but you can get in 30 minutes at Louise.

Matt was very knowledgeable about our surroundings.. He shared many of stories and had me and my group laughing the whole time. You want someone who has stories to share to make your trip more memorable. I learned so much from him and I feel you should have more guides like him.. Hands down and amazing guide!!!

Perfect day trip from Calgary for a girls trip. We LOVED our guide Heather who is a real calgarion!! She had great stories and wonderful information about the mountains and Banff area. The views and multiple stops were honestly unbelievable. Highly recommend this tour.

Seeing the beauty of Banff was amazing! The drive was through gorgeous countryside. The lakes were amazing (minus the hundreds of people visiting too). There were so many people that our time there was too long and too short (1 hour at each stop). It was too long in that you were stuck in the sea of humanity and too short in that we felt we couldn’t get out of the main area to explore away from the crowds and get back to the van in time.
Matt was an entertaining story teller and provided a lot of outdoor knowledge about the Banff area.
We enjoyed our day.

I spoke to other passengers and we all agreed, not enough time at each lake.
And the van was small and crowded.
I would strongly recommend that you should mention in your description that the opportunity to get lunch isn’t until 3:00 in Banff.
We had breakfast at 7:00 a.m. If we knew we wouldn’t be eating until late afternoon, we would have brought food.
There wasn’t enough time to walk around at the lakes, much less eat at the lakes too.
For an experienced tour company, I’m very surprised and disappointed in the lack of disclosing such basic, yet important information.

Excellent tour to Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Banff and Bow Falls. Heather was a great guide, excellent knowledge of history and trivia and got us to our destinations safely and on time. She kept us busy with explaining all that we were seeing, keeping us entertained with quizzes, providing snacks and telling us all the good places to eat. She had everyone explain where they were from, and tried to form a cohesive group to watch out for each other. Heather provided a truly seamless and enjoyable trip, and we appreciated her exuberant sense of humor.

Bob was a good tour guide. He was competent, fun, and personable. However, the ac broke on the bus on the way back, which was very unpleasant in July.

Roger is an exceptional tour guide.
Very knowledgeable and fun. I found the tour on Viator based on the amazing ratings and feedback.
I would recommend this tour 100% if you just want a taste of some popular landmarks and be part of a small group. Not enough time spent at Banff so that would have to be a separate tour.
Make sure to dress in layers, bring water, snacks, proper foot wear and don’t leave garbage in the van!

The lakes and surrounding mountains were beautiful. Bow river falls were very cool and the current was so strong it created an actual rainbow look that spanned a small dip. Tour guide Mike told us great information the whole tour and plenty of tips to get the best views and pics of everything

Great time. It's a good overview of the area, but you only get one hour at each place. We enjoyed the spots by traveling to our car and parking in the afternoon at lake louise, which is easy to do and taking the lake marine shuttle from the ski area, and then we're able to spend four hours at each and do the canoeing.

Fantastic experience with Banff Everyday Tours! It's a long drive from Calgary and the stops--especially the town of Banff--are whistle-stop short. The drop-off spot downtown is inconvenient and you'll need to ensure you know where to find parking as it is not available at the meet site.

Things were as described. The stops and views were spectacular!! The 2 lake stops were heavy “tourist” areas but understandably why because of the beauty. Would have liked a little longer in town of Banff (we only had time to eat). Wish we would have had more time to walk around the town. Our guide Matt was entertaining and a wealth of knowledge esp about wildlife and stories about his experiences. He recommended Rose & Crown upper patio restaurant/bar in Banff for lunch. It was delicious, but again just not enough time to eat and wander.
