If not received, the default pick-up will be: 07:50AM at Calgary Downtown: Bus Stop in front of Harry Hays Building (opposite Delta Calgary Downtown Hotel);4th Ave SE, Calgary;. Please note that once confirmed, pick-up locations cannot be changed arbitrarily. If you have any questions, please contact the local supplier in advance.
- For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
- By selecting an option and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the tour's full product description, including all details about itinerary, included and excluded fees. Your payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
- Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
- Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and water for hydration. A valid reachable phone number is required for safety and trip communication.
- For individual special needs, tour operator may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
- Please note: Cash is required during the tour for certain attractions, shops, and tickets. Guests are advised to prepare sufficient cash in advance.
- Fairmont Château Lake Louise Afternoon Tea: This optional activity is available only from November 1–December 19, 2026 and January 3–April 30, 2027. It is not included with all tour options and must be selected separately where available.
- Snowshoeing: Available from October 16, 2026 to May 31, 2027. Capacity is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance prepayment is strongly recommended. Availability cannot be guaranteed for guests who choose to pay on-site.

Nice trip. Not enough time spent at the Emerald Lake, but everything was great! Steve is awesome! We were lucky to have him as our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and polite. The bus was clean, and the ride was smooth. Thank you Steve!

Steve was great. He was so energetic and entertaining the whole time. You get to see all the famous lakes in this trip without the hassle of driving yourself or making plans. I High recommend this trip.

The stops are absolutely stunning!! I traveled solo and this specific tour just felt like transportation/shuttle. Bus was one of those very large coach bus and the “tour guide” mentioned the itinerary, next stops and time to meet back at bus at each location. I expected history and explanations of how the lakes became so stunning etc- didn’t get anything like that. From all the options on Viator don’t recommend this one.
The Rocky Mountain tour with our guide, Steve, was fantastic! He pointed out beautiful viewpoints along the way and shared the interesting stories behind them in a really engaging way. The amount of time we spent at each stop was perfect. When my phone battery was running low, he kindly lent me a cable and even plugged it in for me, showing me where the hidden ports were on the bus. His consistently positive and friendly attitude made the whole experience so enjoyable, despite the unpredictable weather. Thank you so much, Steve!

I’ve done a similar tour in the past but what made this one different was the intentional small group size. It made the tour feel more personal and our guide, Steve, was great! He made it fun and informative. Of course the lakes simply cannot be described and no picture can do justice. You simply must see in person!

Excellent tour would definitely recommend! Steve is a very knowledgeable man, sharing his many years of expertise on the land along the drive and at the different locations. I learnt so much not just about the lakes we visited, but about the trees, rivers, mountains and animals of the Canadian Rockies. All this was complete with a Canadian music playlist between commentary on the drive.

This is great full day tour for visitors or nearby residents. A must if you’re looking for a stress free day to the mountains. Steve, our guide and driver, took care of the driving and provided some interesting facts and music along the way. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time on our tour! Our tour guide, Steve, was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. He shared so much interesting information about the area and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Our driver, Fish, was also excellent. Excellent day tour of lakes in Banff and Yoho National Park. Emerald lake was wonderful and the view of Lake Moraine from on top of the rocks was spectacular. Steve our guide was outstanding. He provided a nice overview of all the sites and great tips to avoid crowds at each location.

Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Emerald Lake were the highlight of our trip to Banff. The lakes were beautiful and the mountains were breathtaking! Lisa was the best guide! She took care of all of our needs and made sure that all passengers were taken care of! She definitely went above and beyond to make the entire experience a 10/10!

I had an amazing experience on this tour! It was super well-organized from start to finish. The bus was exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made the travel time really enjoyable. We enjoyed the scenery at Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. It is worth noting that you need to take a tour to Lake Moraine, otherwise you need to walk and it is a loooong walk. Also, To get to the top you need to walk about 10 minutes up rocky stairs with no railings so if you are mobility challenged you should keep that in mind. The lakeside, however was flat and had a nice view as well.
Our guides name was Lisa and she and our driver (Ken) picked us up in Calgary where she pointed out notable sights all the way to Banff where we picked up more passengers. She worked hard to get us to all of the stops at a particular time so we could see them at the best lighting and gave us history and anecdotes of the area. She also took pictures of us whenever we asked. She arranged for those who wanted to have lunch at the restaurant in Lake Louise to have their orders placed in advance and though we were supposed to have 45 minutes and she gave us an hour.
The food was good but it was so packed it was still rushed. All in all a beautiful day with beautiful scenery and a lovely guide.

We really enjoyed this tour and Steve was an exceptional tour guide. This is definitely the way to go to see multiple lakes and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Steve as your tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and provided helpful hints to beat the crowd at each stop.

i had the most amazing time with Lisa and Fish today. Lisa was kind and helpful. she made sure that the group knew every detail there was to know. she even came prepared with chargers!!! she knows the route perfectly and she can even take photos for you! i highly recommend. i had an amazing trip and an even better birthday experience because of her and Fish. i will totally be back to calgary and banff and next time ill bring lots of friends!

Visiting Emerald, Moraine and Louise Lakes is an experience nobody should miss. The turquoise blue waters in these lakes gives a unique stunning sight.

Steve was an amazing guide; very warm and welcoming! His jokes and endless facts about Banff made the trip; pointing out peaks and hidden spots along the way, his love for this place really came through. He's also incredibly thorough with communication, from the pick-up details the night before to the moment we said goodbye. 10/10, would absolutely recommend!

Steve was a fantastic tour guide. He was very informative and fun and played great music by Canadian artists. He had a clever way of making sure we were on time at all our stops. We weren’t intending to take a tour but we were ignorant of the parking and shuttle requirements for Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. As it turned out we were SO happy to have taken the tour. We were able to see so much more than we would’ve if we’d driven and had to find a place to park and walk or shuttle to each site. Plus we got a lot of great information. Each stop was beautiful and we had plenty of time at each one. It was a great day!

Pick up in Calgary went well. We were very surprised that booking an English tour the tour was combined with an Asian tour group. Lisa did an amazing job doing the whole tour in several languages. She had everything planned like clockwork. Our driver also did an amazing job. There was a lot of time spent picking up & dropping people off at hotels in Banff.

Your kind words will certainly be shared with them and our team. We also appreciate you raising two points that affected your experience, and we would like to address them directly. We would like to explain that on a certain tour, we may combine guests from different language backgrounds onto the same vehicle in order to operate the route efficiently and ensure the tour can proceed as scheduled. When this occurs, our guides are expected to provide commentary in bilingual languages so that all guests receive the information they need. We also note your comment that a significant amount of time was spent picking up and dropping off guests at hotels in Banff. Banff traffic and parking restrictions in the town can make multiple hotel stops time-consuming. We will review our hotel selections and routing in Banff to see how we can reduce transfer time and allow more time for the tour itself. Thank you again for choosing to travel with us.
