Very accommodating, i was thrown off when i first booked the shuttle, it was graveyard hours, i had never been to YYC before so i was unfamiliar with the airport and where to pick up the shuttle. I spoke with someone who helped me navigate through it all. I used them going and coming from Banff, will definitely use them again.

If you are arriving in the international terminal you need to walk a fair bit to get to the shuttle This caught me off guard When I arrived at gate 5 the tour bus operator had no clue about my reservation After my phone call all of a sudden he saw my name

Hi Gopi, We apologize for the confusion. Our pickup location is always listed on the ticket. At the airport, the pickup point is outside Arrivals Door 4, across from Pillar 15. As much as we would love to pick you up directly at International Arrivals, the airport has designated pickup locations for shuttles heading to Canmore and Banff, so we’re required to use the assigned pickup area. Company made last minute changes to shuttle departure time

Well, here’s what happened….I booked the Calgary airport to Banff shuttle taking into account my flight arrival time and the time I selected was 3pm. The night before, the company messages via email (thankfully, I actually saw the email) to say the pick up time was changed from 3pm to 20 to 25 minutes earlier which actually was listed as 2:30pm. I responded stating that this might not give me enough time to get to the meeting point given my flight scheduled arrival time for after 2:10pm. I got no response to my message or a follow up message I wrote. When I finally called the company the morning of my flight, I got through to them on my second call, I was put on hold for several minutes and when they came back, I was told that the shuttle departure time was going to be 2:30pm and they could only wait for 5 minutes. Of course I made my dissatisfaction known and after being put on hold again, they acquiesced and said the shuttle would be departing at 3pm. There are multiple stops listed for the shuttle stops. The driver did not ask for the stops of any of the groups of passengers and when one group said my stop was back there/further back….the response was , My man, why didn’t you tell me that earlier? The party simple responded, they thought that the stops were scheduled. He let them out and told them they could walk back to their stop. We then stated where our stop was, he did drive a few numbers down from the stop in front of our hotel. The cost of travel on the shuttle by booking in advance was a savings over arranging ground transportation on arrival into Calgary airport. The drive itself was comfortable and safe. The company needs to work out these other issues to improve the customer experience. There is no way travelers should have to be dealing with a non flexible departure change time for an airport shuttle when the very nature of air travel depends on anticipated arrival times that planning is based around. The company either needs to ask where travelers intend to stop among the given stops or make the stops as advertised as scheduled. Once these issues are worked out, the experience could be good.

They never showed up. I waited 45 minutes then had to book another shuttle. The paperwork they had sent me told me exactly where the pick-up would take place, but there was no phone number - no way to contact them. The next day they sent me an email asking how great the ride was, so I of course asked for a refund. Haven't heard from them since.

My initial reservation got cancelled. I rescheduled and that ride never showed up! Hours later I was notified that it was cancelled as well.

Cancelled Shuttle

We booked the 5:00 p.m. shuttle, but when we arrived on time, we were informed that it had been canceled. As a result, we had to wait an hour and a half for the next shuttle. We don't understand why a confirmed booking was canceled without an alternative arrangement. This caused us to cancel the rest of our itinerary, and we missed activities we had planned. We believe this was unfair, especially since we arrived on time. The shuttle service should have had a backup plan or provided better communication and accommodations for affected passengers. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service to prevent this from happening to others.

booking was easy, good competitive pricing. staff very helpful, driver was nice. Shuttle was just a few minutes late. the only negative is where to actually find the shuttle since its NOT viator but had to find AbestX. May was superbed and was able to get me on earlier shuttle and also help another lady to get on since she had book the wrong day. second time I use service and I recommend to anyone wanting to goCanmore or Banff

The operator cancelled...

The operator cancelled the trip only 2 hours before it was scheduled to depart, but they did offer a full refund right away. It ended up taking multiple follow up requests on the status of the refund in order for them to actually process it.

The shuttle was 30 minutes late, then went rigjt past our hotel, told me that we’d have to get out and walk, even though I jad oversized luggage with all our ski gear and another huge suitcase. Driver was hard to communicate with. Had to pay extra for my bag.

I originally booked a 3:30pm spot since I didn't know how long customs and luggage would take with my arrival at 2:21pm. But I was in constant contact with them and was able to get on the 3:00pm shuttle. They even called me to make sure I made it. Would definitely use again.
