Very accommodating, i was thrown off when i first booked the shuttle, it was graveyard hours, i had never been to YYC before so i was unfamiliar with the airport and where to pick up the shuttle. I spoke with someone who helped me navigate through it all. I used them going and coming from Banff, will definitely use them again.

The shuttle was 30 minutes late, then went rigjt past our hotel, told me that we’d have to get out and walk, even though I jad oversized luggage with all our ski gear and another huge suitcase. Driver was hard to communicate with. Had to pay extra for my bag.

Shuttle didn’t show up, it’s a scam. Waited 30 minutes in the cold. No communication at all, no calls, no texts, no emails. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Good communication. Driver was extremely friendly. I had to make a couple of changes in my reservation last minute due to weather and delayed flight and they took care of me readily and did not charge me extra

Great service and communication

I originally booked a 3:30pm spot since I didn't know how long customs and luggage would take with my arrival at 2:21pm. But I was in constant contact with them and was able to get on the 3:00pm shuttle. They even called me to make sure I made it. Would definitely use again.
