    A couple of improvements....

    A couple of improvements. The shuttle left 10 minutes late. I had a bag and a snowboard bag. I was asked if I had paid for two bags, I wasn't sure and it was not clear when booking that I needed to pay for an extra bag. They should make this clearer when booking. After we left we stopped somewhere in Calgary for a pick up, we waited 15 minutes. Then we stopped in Canmore a town before Banff a 10-15 minute detour. I thought I had booked a Calgary to Banff that would take 1.5 hours. not 2.5 hours. Lastly, the windshield had an opening and from time to time wind sound would come in. Most people are better off taking the bus that takes less than 2 hours direct to Banff from Calgary airpot and buying their tickets at the airport.

As noted in our inclusions, one checked bag and one carry-on are included at no extra cost. Items like bike boxes, ski bags, and snowboards are considered heavy equipment and are subject to the additional fee. We also apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the pickup. Our service is a shared public shuttle, so we pick up and drop off other passengers in Canmore. We are continually working to improve our service to better accommodate everyone. While we understand not every passenger may be fully satisfied, we truly appreciate you choosing our service and are glad we were able to get you safely to your destination at an affordable price.     My trip was canceled, I had to book with another company and pay extra -- since my original booking was made way ahead and was cheaper, it looks like the company's records are a mess: in spite of canceling my trip, I got an email asking to evaluate my trip

    Flexible when flight was delayed

    My son’s flight was delayed overnight and didn’t get in until after he was supposed to take his shuttle. They were easy to work with and put them on the later shuttle. The only thing that I would recommend is that they update their website for their actual hours.

    We had an excellent experience with this service. May was gracious enough to accommodate us despite the fact that it was just me and my daughter riding the van. Dube was very informative of the area and dropped us off in front of our hotel. Overall, I would recommend ABest X to those who want to visit Banff but do not want to rent a car and deal with the parking at most sites.

    The drive from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Banff generally requires approximately 90 minutes under optimal traffic conditions. I strongly recommend this service due to its affordability, convenience, and the opportunity to enjoy scenic mountain views en route to Banff.

    Very efficient service - will use again

    The mini bus was easy to find at the airport just outside the exit. The driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We will use this service for our return trip from Banff to Calgary.

    Later pick up and arrival than expected

    Shuttle didn’t show up. After the allotted pick-up time, a representative called me and said they were sorry, it was their fault, and they would get me a ride. An hour+ later, a driver from another company came to pick me up and informed me that they do this when there is only 1 traveler— not worth their resources to take me, so they pay a 3rd party to do so. I am appreciative that they did get me to where I’d paid to go, but frustrated that it was 1.5 hours later than expected.

However, we quickly arranged an alternative for you, and we’re glad that your wait was closer to 35 minutes not 1.5 hours. To ensure your comfort and safety, we also asked the driver to take you directly to your hotel, even though your original drop-off was Northwinds.
