Omg! This tour was amazing. We saw, and did, so much in a single day. The Banff Gondola was fantastic! The views were amazing. Our guide was awesome. We had such a great time, largely due to him. At the end of the day we all felt like friends. We saw a ton of sheep on our jaunt to lake Minnewanka and our guide took excellent photos of us all throughout the day. Honestly, it was the most fun tour of the three I did. I highly recommend it.

Our tour guide Ram was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our tour. He explained everything very patiently.
It is packed. You get to see so many of the lakes and the guide was very informative informative, helpful and pantient

This journey was a beautiful journey.
Overall, good experience.
A lot of waiting around for other guests, people can’t tell the time anymore! I think there should be a strict rule if they’re not back, we’re going! The guide was brilliant, very attentive and sweet.

Garry was a great guide! On time and very knowledgeable about the lakes and sights. Even did more stops due to a mix up with the company and advertising the same trip on get your guide and viator, as some had lake Louise and some didn’t. But not his fault and it was all sorted out. That should be fixed moving forward tho. Recommend for sure!

Too many similar lakes and there were no hot springs experiences, just a large pool.
The gondola ride was beautiful.

The Banff Upper Hot Springs is a public facility and is a developed outdoor hot pool rather than a natural spring. Regarding the lakes, our itinerary includes some of the Canadian Rockies' most iconic lakes, each with its own unique scenery and character. On a recent vacation to Calgary we took the Banff Gondola Hot Springs Bow Falls and Three Lakes Tour. From beginning to end, we had a very enjoyable day. The pick-up location was easy to find and very walkable from our downtown hotel. Our guide, Naveen, did an excellent job. He was cordial and professional, a perfect combination. Our favorite parts of the tour were Bow Falls, Lake Louise, and the Banff Gondola. If you take this tour and you happen to love mint chocolate chip ice cream, you're in luck! It was available at the snack stand at Lake Minnewanka and was delicious!

We had an amazing experience on this tour! We truly enjoyed visiting Banff, the gondola, and the beautiful lakes. We had such an amazing day! We were so glad that we got to do the hot springs and the gondola. Most company's are offering one or the other. Our tour guide Naveen was very knowledgeable, helpful and kept us hydrated with lots of bottles of water. We had the best time!

Our guide was Navdeep, he was great, he was very accommodating to the schedules, because of ticket mess ups.
The tickets are not included which makes it hard to know what times to book them.
There were too many stops which made a long day.

I think this would have been really good if we had had a different guide. Mandeep was a very good driver, but he was a lousy guide, which was so disappointing. At the pickup point there are many tour buses picking up tourists for various excursions, so it is helpful when, at the assigned time, the driver/guide shouts out the name of the tour and which bus to board. He did not do that, creating confusion, especially since we didn’t leave on time. Once on the bus, he never once stood up or had a mic to go over details and instructions. He seemed more interested in answering personal questions while standing outside the bus. Be advised that when you get to the gondola ticket desk, they will have no record of your Viator ticket, nor do they need it because you are purchasing your own gondola ticket. I didn’t know that. Mandeep wasn’t very helpful once I purchased my ticket. He merely pointed in the direction of the gondola entry point, and I ended up in a line of people who were purchasing other day trip options. This wasted time, which was a problem because each gondola ticket is given a boarding time. After the gondola ride we were to meet Mandeep at a certain place, and then discovered that the next stop was at the mineral spa at the far end of the parking area. I didn’t care to go to the spa, and there was nothing to do while waiting the hour for the others, and I realized that I could have spent more time at the top of the mountain instead of sitting around the parking lot. Of course, this wasn’t an option or made clear at all. In truth, I thought having a s one hour stop at a spa was kind of ridiculous because it’s not really enough time to enjoy the experience. Our next stop was the Bow Falls view point where, again, no announcement was made other than having the bus door opened and Mandeep saying “ten minutes”. I was at the bus with some others in our group about 20 minutes later because Mandeep wasn’t at the bus, he was busy talking to two people across the way. As we left the parking area, one woman from our group came running up to the bus waving her arms because we were leaving without her. Never once did our guide look like he was counting the number of people in our group and keeping track of our numbers. When we finally got to downtown Banff for free time for lunch, I decided to leave the tour because I was tired of being let out into big crowds of people without adequate explanations or instructions. I have to say that Mandeep was a good driver, but the worst guide I’ve ever had. I felt carelessly treated.

All day of touring. Had appropriate amount of time at each location. If you’re gonna go in the Hot Springs, make sure you bring bathing suit and plastic bag put your wet suit in. Gondola views from the top were amazing
The tour was fantastic. Our driver Navdeep was very courteous and made every effort to make sure we enjoyed our tour. Lots of time to explore each stop, we never felt rushed.

Hot springs is a waste of time. It’s a small pool that smells like chlorine.
Parking was issue with no direction from tour agency.
Tour guide was nice but he was very hard to understand.

Parking in Banff is always a challenge during summer, but we’re proud that our drivers manage it as professionally as possible. You did spend about two hours with your guide—he picked you up in Banff town, took you to the gondola, and after two hours there, when you decided not to continue, he dropped you back to the hotel as requested. Aashish was a phenomenal tour guide with great hospitality. He offered to take several pictures of our families throughout the day and was always available if questions came up. We would recommend Aashish to anyone looking for a special day!

This trip covers a lot of site seeing around Banff National Park and allows time for lunch in downtown Banff. We got picked up in Canmore which was convenient for us. The tour was 9 hours, which seems like a long time, but since the tour included so many sites, it didn’t feel that long. We started with the Banff Gondola. Our tour guide, Ram was great. He helped us with getting the gondola tickets. You have a little over an hour up top. The scenery was amazing. They had outside observation decks and chairs to relax. You can also hike. Next we soaked in the Banff mineral springs. I highly recommend it. I felt renewed and relaxed after a 10 minute soak. We then went to Bow falls, which was picturesque. Ram was ready to help with pictures. He even did a 360 picture for us. It looks professional. We then got an hour in Banff to shop or eat. We grabbed some lunch. The afternoon included, surprise corner, Johnson Lake, two Jacks lake and Lake Minnewanka. I could be leaving something out. Not sure. We had ice cream from the snack shack at Kake Minnewanka. It was better than Cows in Banff. The price is right. I’d definitely recommend this tour

My Tour guide was Sanjeet, he was very patient and calm throughout the trip explaining each landmark and when we bumped into am Elk he was quick to point it out for pictures

It was a wonderful experience beyond our imagination as our guide Naveen took us through the mountains to explore various sights. He was very detailed with the stories surrounding the natural marvels and even though he was driving, kept pointing out the lovely creatures we could have missed. Great experience. Book gondola tickets in advance. Some of our friends were scared but the ride was very smooth. Tour guide Naveen was extremely nice.

I had an amazing day! Naveen was a great guide and made sure to tell us all the things!! I did a small hike, ride the gondola, did the hot springs and saw several lakes! I will be back to do more tours with them!!

The views are beautiful once you took the gondola, this tour didn’t include the ticket.
The guide didn’t explain that much about the lakes, He seems like not interested or didn’t want to talk.
You can visit his he Gondola by your self not taking the tour, and the lakes and the falls were pretty.

The Gondola ride was so beautiful. Worth every penny. The view were amazing. Staff were all so nice. However, When buying your tickets on line make sure you buy directly from their site otherwise you still have to wait in line to get a paper ticket. A little frustrating as I bought my on Viator
