Omg! This tour was amazing. We saw, and did, so much in a single day. The Banff Gondola was fantastic! The views were amazing. Our guide was awesome. We had such a great time, largely due to him. At the end of the day we all felt like friends. We saw a ton of sheep on our jaunt to lake Minnewanka and our guide took excellent photos of us all throughout the day. Honestly, it was the most fun tour of the three I did. I highly recommend it.

We met with Arun our driver, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, he provided updates throughout the day and was available to take photographs at all the stops. The trip its self was amazing, the scenery / views were incredible, thoroughly enjoyed the day. It was great to meet the nice friendly people that was also on the tour. Would highly recommend this trip, so much to see and do, thank you Arun for making our trip a day to remember. Awesome day

This tour has just enough without feeling too rushed. It was a great insight to Banff. The scenery is beyond beautiful. The service was exceptional.

Just came back from Banff gondalo, hot springs, bow fall and three lake tour and myself and partner thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Amazing scenery and weather was great which was a bonus. our driver Aashish was first class very informative and sympathetic to everyone’s needs

I initially booked the gondola and hot springs tour. I got a call the night before asking me to change to a different tour because we were the only two people on it. I agreed that was fine. We ended up seeing a lot- lake Louise, emerald lake, Johnson canyon and the natural bridge. It was all fine. The driver was pleasant. I just would not call it a tour but more of a driver. He would comment a few things at each stop and leave us on our own. So all in all it was fine. Maybe need for some improvement.

Because of this, our driver cannot walk with each individual. This is always how we run the tour—our guide explains the location, takes pictures for everyone, and then gives free time for guests to explore. After the allotted time, everyone returns to the bus together. We hope this clarifies our process, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Other travelers should know that the experience was fun and safe. Safety around walking and driving was Viators main focus. Breaks were provided and stops between sights. Excellent snow tires to get up and down Lake Louise.

The tour operators were great. We would have given 5 stars but the Hot Springs were closed and we were not informed or discounted. That was really something we were excited about.

The Hot Springs are operated by Parks Canada, and unfortunately they were closed unexpectedly that day due to operational reasons outside of our control. We understand how much guests look forward to that experience, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We are currently working on improving our communication so that guests are notified as soon as we receive updates from the Parks facility. If you could please contact us directly, we would be happy to discuss a partial credit or discount for a future tour, as we want to ensure you feel valued and taken care of.

This was a terrible trip. Operator picked us up in a beat up car. Got us to the Gondola and the car broke down. Wasted an hour waiting for tow truck. Got a local transit down the mountain to Banff and ditched the tour driver. Completed the tour using our own car.

Very accommodating tour, Sanjeet was a great tour guide and took me and my friends out even though we were the only people booked onto the tour. We had a lot of fun and even returned to Banff and lake Minnewanka the next day because it’s so beautiful.

Arun was an excellent guide. He covered more of Banff area than we expected. The process of tickets for Banff Gondola was smooth and we had adequate time at the top. Not all of group wanted to experience the hot springs so he found a nearby park with beautiful gardens for the rest of the group. Arun accommodated our needs and was attentive to details. It was a long day but worth every moment. Thank you!

My first Impression, Sanjeet and Sandu both are good teams, they provide good customer service, friendly and accommodating. As our tour guide both are knowledgeable of the national history of the parks and answered questions to the best they can. The Van was clean and not smelly and the ride was great!! Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the tour and are very satisfied. We will definitely spread the good word to friends and families.
