Absolutely the best experience of my life!! I was a little nervous at first, but I’m SO glad I went through with it. From check-in to returning back to base, the crew made me feel completely at ease. Our guides, Rachel and Tim, kept us laughing the whole way and made the journey unforgettable. I will 100% be booking another tour with this group—and I highly recommend you do the same!

Felt extremely safe during entire trip. Every went above and beyond making sure you’re having fun and comfortable. My only suggestion is to add more details to what expect and what to bring.
Great fun. Staff were fun and energetic. Best to wear swim suits under wet suit and change clothes at your car at the end. We paid $20 CAD to get the high resolution photos on a USB drive but low resolution pics are free from their website
Entire team was great. It was overall a fun and memorable experience. Our guide Georgia and as very experienced. Felt safe the entire time.
Looked after from A to Z really well. Arrival, explanations, use of wet suit, and safety. Really happy to tip the boat captain!
My family and I had a fantastic afternoon out with Jeff ( driving our bus) and Joe our brilliant guide. The whole team were encouraging and welcoming but most importantly safe getting us as inexperienced rafters down the river and having a great time. Would highly recommend

We had an amazing time rafting with Alex and his crew! Our kids are 10 and 14 and loved it. It is cold, and we did get wet, but it was worth all the fun. Alex was especially attuned to a medical condition in our group, and we felt super safe. The photos provided are great.
The fun and splashy trip includes 3-5 category 2-3 rapids and then is fairly calm the rest of the way. It was perfect for our group which includes multiple adults for whom this was their first experience rafting. Fortunately, they’re hooked and we’re talking about where to go for a multi day rafting trip!
We had a big problem. The tour guide never showed. A bunch of people waited around for our river rafting crew and eventually found out it had been canceled and no one told us. Our email that very morning said GOOD TO GO HAVE FUN. We were then told we could be refunded or reschedule. I would not give them another chance to cancel on me so took the money back and looked for another rafting company.

We are very sorry this happened, and I would like to sincerely apologize.
The original cancellation was due to a high-water event which turned into a flood event that created unsafe river conditions in the area. At first, we were still trying to move affected guests onto an alternative trip that was expected to run. Unfortunately, conditions and operational decisions changed quickly that day, and our communication did not keep up properly.
You should not have been told the trip was still going ahead and then arrive to find no trip operating. That was our mistake, and it was not acceptable.
Our reservations team was dealing with a very high number of affected bookings and calls that day, which is why it was difficult to reach someone by phone. That explains the pressure on the system, but it does not excuse the poor communication. In hindsight, we should have handled the cancellations differently, and we have already made changes to help prevent this from happening again.
We are working through the affected refunds. Credit card refunds can take several business days to appear. We are reviewing the affected bookings from that day, but through this review we couldn't track back your booking name. Again, we are very sorry for the wasted time, frustration, and disappointment this caused during your Banff trip.
What an epic experience! Gorgeous views, level 3 rapids which were fun and exhilarating without feeling like you were in danger, amazing guides who kept up the energy the whole time! Would love to come back with my kids! Highly recommend! We had a very rainy day and we still had a blast! Pro tip- bring something loose and cozy to change into after you’re done- getting back into tight leggings will be tough when you’re wet and a bit chilly! Worth every penny!

Jachimo was a great guide! Loved his rafting guide stories. The trip was a great adventure for me and my 2 boys ago 10 and 12. The river ran high yesterday and it was a fun, fast adventure filled with enough rapids to make it the right amount of adrenaline!

For my kids first time experience this was a perfect experience! The meet up location was perfect and easy to find. Chinook rafting tour guide and team was very well organized. The flow of the whole experience from A to Z was perfect. I would do it again.

Couldn't make it. Wasn't able to secure transport to the site. Uber would cost 150 one way. And not guarantee to secure ride back.

Our first river rafting experience and it was breathtaking, amazing, and stunning views. A family fun, cool, and safe trip. The teenagers in party love the splashes and gets to go in the freezing water at the end. An unforgettable experience for us all. Our guide, David was the best and gave us the best splashes. Our family of five had a wonderful time, such a fun activity, but most of all they all about safety of guest. They provided all the gears and safety lessons before we got into the river. We went with the group leader Alex and he was funny and nice. Even I don’t like water and don’t know how to swim but I felt safe and had so much fun. My kids and husband jumped into the river twice and they said the water was so cold but refresh. If anyone is looking for a river rafting experience please don’t hesitate to book with this company. And by the way their dog Eddy is so cute also❤️
Our family of four had a wonderful time on the rafting trip. Our guide, Georgia, was confident and kind. The water was refreshingly cool. It was about 8 or 10 degrees Celsius. But we weren’t cold on the rafting trip because of the wetsuits and fleece jackets they provided. We even jumped out to swim twice, for about 1 minute each time. Very invigorating!
