Your adventure kicks off as soon as we meet you! We'll send you the exact pickup/drop-off time the day before your trip. Calgary pickups happen around 7:30-8 AM, and Canmore between 8:45-9 AM. Need a drop-off in Banff or Canmore after your journey? Let us know in the comments to make sure there's room for your carry-ons. If your hotel isn't on the list, just add its name and address in the special request section. We'll then confirm your pick-up/drop-off time or arrange a meeting point if it's outside our service area.

Our experience with Gordon, our tour guide, was amazing. We traveled in a small bus all day around Banff National Park and surrounding gorgeous scenic areas. Gave us a little extra time and he was so kind and accommodating to all the passengers. We would love to travel with him again.

Picked up on time. Our driver was Dair who was great and knowledgeable on all the places he took us. Fantastic tour, Lake Louise was beautiful as was Johnston Canyon. Plenty of time at each place we visited. Really enjoyed the day.

An absolute incredible day. Murray was a fantastic guide, and the views were better than I ever could have imagined. This tour is the perfect mix of guided tour (Murray has a lot of great information to share) but solo time to explore on your own. I couldn't recommend it more, and can't wait to return.

Really good day out from Calgary and you get to see everything in the itinerary. Our guide was Murray and he was sure to make the day fun and educational while driving safely. Communication with the team was good, they communicated via WhatsApp and the visitor message app confirming the tour the day before with pick up time from your hotel. The only slightly negative was the bus really needs some shock absorbers it was very bump and loud, the USB charging ports didn’t work for all (depending on your cable) but they had power banks for you to use instead. Overall a lovely day, thank you.

I had a wonderful day. I was able to relax and just enjoy visiting all of the sites without having to worry about anything.
Murray did a fantastic job. He was fun, energetic and very knowledgeable.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the best sites in Banff!

Gordon was very informative and helpful. The length of the tour was a little long. I don’t think that could have been helped. Maybe we shouldn’t have booked it the first day after a long flight.

Our tour guide was Dair, he was very friendly, he answered all the questions from those on the tour and when we were slightly ahead of schedule, he was flexible with request (i.e. stopping at a nearby off the itinerary location). The only thing that i would note is that they arrived earlier than agreed for pickup, but luckily for us and those already on the van, we were ready early as well. As mentioned by others, the suspension on the ford transit van was as just a touch jumpy.
Dair also dropped us off at a nearby restaurant instead of our pickup hotel so that saved us some time rushing out to dinner afterwards. Overall, a good time if you want to see all of the major sights with sufficient time at majority of the attractions.
What I think helped with our enjoyment was the energy of our group. Thank you to everyone and Dair for the fun day!

This store is a must if you have limited time in Calgary. Breathtaking scenery of lakes, mountains, and glaciers.

Cons: brochure says max 12 guests but wemore so I felt bad for the guests who were cramped in the back seats. The van also needs new shocks. It’s a very bumpy ride.. too much emphasis and repetitionon giving a tip

Hi T, sorry it took me a while to find your tour date since your name was not listed here.
We only sit 3 guests on the 4 seats at the back, however, sometimes guests want to sit together for their own reasons. I think this might have been the case when you travel, this was their choice.
We have 15 seats in this vehicle and bring 12 guest each trip, every now and then a 13th person may join due to unforeseen circumstances such as a late flight and they missed their original pick-up time, one more person on their party decided to join last-minute, etc. Most of us who have travel the world have gone through something similar, we empathize and will try to help, we still take one or two empty seats on each tour.
We are happy to hear that you had a great time with Dan. Tipping is customary in Canada but not mandatory, it's up to each individual to decide what to do. But kindness is always appreciated here as in anywhere else in the world.
We hope that you left the Rockies feeling like one day was not enough and that you will want to come for another visit down the road, we love to take you again.

This is a fantastic tour! Kevin was a fantastic tour guide with vast knowledge of the area. He’s extremely involved and makes the trip very enjoyable. This tour takes you to all the places you want to see in and around the Banff area. It is absolutely worth the cost (which is EXTREMELY fair cost to begin with)! The places you visit and the sites you see are beyond AMAZING. This tour lasts approximately 12 hours from the time you are picked up at your hotel until you are returned to your hotel. Thanks so much for such a great experience Kevin!

The tour bus was in average comfort. IMO the tour could have been covered in 1/2 day rather than a full day, as much time were just wasted in picking up & dropping off people of a group of 21. Choose a smaller group of half this size as the cost was the same except more fun time spent at the Banff National Park.

Hi Swee, we are sorry to hear that you felt the tour could be cover in such short amount of time.
We only had 3 stops to pick-up guests in Calgary. It does however take time to get to Banff and to Lake Louise. I know that it looks like a short distance on a map but the average tour to Banff and back covers almost 450 kilometres, half a day would not be possible.
Most people seem to like the itinerary but, we value your opinion and will look at ways to take your points in consideration.
We wish your next visit to be more to your likings.

This was a great trip taking in lots of scenic places including many lakes and mountains. Our favourite was Lake Moraine which had stunning blue water. Patrick, our guide,was a fun guy who gave us lots of information and stories on the way. Plenty of stops for restroom and snack breaks all day. Met some lovely people on the bus as well. This trip was excellent although the great weather helped!
