We booked last minute after another tour got cancelled, and are so glad we did! Sam was very kind and knowledgeable. We got to see many beautiful places we wouldn’t have otherwise! If you want amazing pictures I definitely recommend this tour.

Be aware that what viator states it includes it’s different id what they really offer. The experience itself was good. Very good guide. But there was small 2 issues water was not provided as stated and guide they way the guide asked to leave a review sounded as a demand or order than a favour. We were asked to leave a 5 star review and take a picture of it as proof

The driver needed a microphone Hard to understand. We took a very icy road to the Ice Fields. He drove 100 kl at times on icy … 70 was speed limit. Very dangerous driver. He drove past a parking lot clear of snow and instead drove into a lot that had a foot of snow. Very stuck. While trying to get out. … driver hit a parked car… refused to give insurance information to owner of damaged van. Offered $300 in cash !! Ranger made the driver give his information
Tried to get it out for over an hour Needed tow truck which was to take 1.5 hours. Road was being closed for avalanche warming.. ranger came to tell us. We flagged down a passerby… they took us to Lake Louise… one of our planned stops… then a bus back to Banff

This tour was a fantastic way to see many of the key sites in the area in one day. Our driver and guide - Hao - was phenomenal! He was very informative in teaching us local history and gave us plenty of time to explore at each of the sites. He made adjustments to the plans to meet our interests. Most importantly, he kept us safe throughout the day. This was one of the best organized tours we’ve ever had…and we’ve travelled all around the world. Highly recommend this tour and this driver/guide (Hao) in particular! He helped us make memories we will cherish forever. Thanks Hao!

We saw a nice combination of things/places and the guide was very sweet & friendly. We could have used another 10 minutes for the lunch stop at Lake Louise Village because service at the restaurant (recommended by the guide) was slow. Also, though he was overall wonderful and I’m sure had lots of good info to impart, the guide’s English was so heavily accented that my friend & I couldn’t understand a lot of what he said. We were there for the scenery rather than to try to gain knowledge so that didn’t torpedo our experience but it would have been nice to be able to understand the info he was imparting.

Our driver/ tour guide, Steve did an excellent job explaining about the type of wildlife found in the area where we toured. He talked about the history of the national park. He also played some cool Canadian music in the van. It was an enjoyable tour which I would highly recommend to everyone!

Be prepared for snow and cold weather if you take the tour in November. Walk around the lakes if time permits and definitely walk the Marble Canyon trail to the waterfall.
