This was a really great experience . The bus picked us up at a convenient spot. Our driver was fun and gave us many interesting facts about the places we were about to see.
It was the first time we visited to Banff, but it was so rainy that we could not go to Lake Moraine. If they could provide us umbrella or rain coat, we could have experienced more pleasantly.
Would not have know where to go or how to manage traffic and parking. Our guide, Sammy was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! The sights were stunning and the trip delightful!
Excellent tour highly recommend so much of Banff activities/sires packed into one tour but plenty of time at all stops. Wonderful driver/guide Samuel very informative and entertaining
Viator is an easy and reliable tour company. This tour we took was very comprehensive and gave us an excellent overview of the Banff area. Our tour guide, Ben, was pleasant and knowledgeable. We would be happy to tour with him again. The only negative to our day was the weather. Clearly not Viator’s fault !

We spent the day enjoying magesric beauty of Banff National Park. So much to see and so much to do. Ben, our tour guide, made sure he could show us as much as possible and we were greatful for that!
We had an amazing experience on our Rocky Mountain tour! The entire trip was beautifully organized, and we got to see some absolutely breathtaking views and beautiful lakes. Everything was well planned, and it was a great way to explore the Rockies without having to worry about the details.
A special shoutout to our tour guide, Ben, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept the whole group engaged throughout the day. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. You could really tell that he enjoys what he does.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely a highlight of our trip to Alberta. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Ben as your guide, you’re in great hands! 🏔️❤️

The trip has you staying downtown Banff for an hour for lunch which could be substituted for another experience...maybe Johnston Canyon? The Surprise Corner was a nice addition.
Great way to get to see so many iconic sites in Banff! Our guide was knowledgeable and sweet! Would definitely do it again - especially as a first time visitor to the area!
This is my second time to visit Banff. This tour is the best way to see Banff!!! Ben was a phenomenal tour guide.
A wonderful experience even though the first choice tour wasn't available due to people numbers. Our guide, Sammy, was entertaining informative and a good driver. I would choose him again. The outline of the trip could have been better. We saw Lake Louise and Morraine first in the morning which are leisure walking and colder climates and Johnston Canyon after lunch which is uphill walk in much warmer climate. It would be better if they were switched!! Plus the lunch place in the Village was a bus stop basically, there was not enough seating for eating and not enough choices of good places to eat. We chose Laggans which was ok but we had to stand in line 20 minutes and rush to eat to meet the bus in 45 minutes (20 minutes in line at washroom). I suggest bringing your own lunch!! Day ended in Banff town for 30 minutes to cruise through the beautiful shops and eateries that looked so amazing but we couldn't touch because we only had 30 minutes. This would be a great place to eat! Then we headed back to town with Sammy. He was great, so all in, it was 4/5. Thanks.
Was able to see all the popular destinations morraine lake, Louise lake bow falls gandola ride, all that was listed on the IT and our guide Tammy is very accommodating in all our needs and assisted me specially at morraine lake couldn’t have done it without our her.

You canceled our booking saying you don’t have enough people for trip which was planned and the send us with the bus with different locations the air conditioning was not working properly in our tour we never got any water bottles which was part our tour.

This was an outstanding experience for the entire family. Our guide, LAYSE was outstanding. She was so kind patient professional, and really was knowledgeable about the experience and what we were going to see. Our experience at the gondola was outstanding and lake Louise, and Moraine Lake oh my gosh, we’re both amazing. Cannot recommend this highly enough for our guide highly enough first class all the way.

These places are really popular so using a tour allows you to cram a lot into the day and not have to fuss with crazy parking.

It was great not having to drive. Easy access to the lakes, which have limited access with vehicles. The gondola ride was great and easy ticket access. Wish we had a tiny bit more time to explore Banff town for lunch and shopping.

Great guide/bus driver. Awesome stops with plenty of time allowed. Only complaint is the AC on the bus was not working properly so back of the bus was hot. Out driver tried to fix with new fuse but did not help.
