Great guide/bus driver. Awesome stops with plenty of time allowed. Only complaint is the AC on the bus was not working properly so back of the bus was hot. Out driver tried to fix with new fuse but did not help.

Well organized tour. Guide did a great job. Lake Louse should not be missed. But needed more time in Baniff.

We saw a LOT of Banff in just one day. It was really nice to not have to drive and deal with parking at each location. Our guide, Ben, was really knowledgeable about Banff and its history. The lakes are breathtaking and we really enjoyed the view from the top of Sulphur Mountain.

Ron and Cyrus were great tour guides, it was lovely to sit back and be driven everywhere with commentary and suggestions. There was some unexpected road conditions on the way that slowed us down but they were great at being nimble and fixing up the itinerary on the fly to make sure we could see everything. Highly recommend for a touch of everything!

We could not understand our tour guide. He did not the history of the area or country. Stops were commercial he did not share a lot of information. More about spots to take pictures.

You don’t have as much time at the sights as is suggested - 40 minutes not 90 minutes so each sight is a bit rushed. But these are amazing places to visit and wonderful views

A fantastic day. Group wasn’t too big so didn’t have to be amongst heaps of people or wait for lots of people. Our guide was Ben and he was excellent - funny, helpful and knowledgable. It was a great way to see the main sites without worrying about car parking and travel.

We were blessed with an absolutely gorgeous summer day to visit the iconic Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, topping it off with a trip up the Banff gondola. It was a photographer's paradise. Our guide Jay provided expert commentary and framing for our experience. His love for the wildlife in the Rockies encouraged us to stay on the lookout for animals both large and small. Jay was able to guide us to vantage points that captured the best views of the lakes.

so an-organize at the pick up point. we did not know which bus to be on. Also, the attraction admission tickets were not available until the last day, which should have been available as soon as the trip is reserved. At the end, it cost us more money to purchase as it was the last minute. However; the tour Person (Jay) was absolutely amazing, he knows the area and tells us all about the sites

The tour guide Andy is very knowledgeable giving information entire tour.He is the best guide for the tour.we are able to spot 3 black bear sighting today.Lake Louis was amazing. We went to moraine lake, Johnson canyon, natural bridge, all amazing places

A great day tour covering Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake. It was very well organized, and the driver shared interesting information about the area’s nature and history. The bus was a little older and quite noisy on the highway, so it was sometimes difficult to hear despite the microphone. As expected with so many highlights in one day, the time at each stop was limited, which was a pity because the scenery was beautiful.

This was a wonderful way to explore Banff, Lake Louise and Lake Moriane. You dont have to worry about driving or parking.
We took my 5 year old son and he was able to participate in all activities/walks. We also choose to do the hot springs (instead of gondola ride) and it was wonderful (side note they do not open till 10am, we were there too early) but was well worth it.
Our guide Ben was wonderful, answered any and all of our questions and provided extended knowledge of the area. It was a wonderful day had by all.

Tour guide, Tammy, planned schedules well and everyone was all on time. This made the whole trip super smooth. Tammy explained every spot right at the point and reminded us to look at the lake surface while sun is out for a very short period of time. And you would find surprises. Indeed a beautiful surprise occurred for a cloudy day. The day trip is very enjoyable.

Andrew is very engaging and took care of all travelers. He took us to cave and basin while others took the gondola. Very pleasant trip with todo doing the driving and parking!

Really enjoyed the tour, bus driver Louis is very knowledgeable about the area. Bus was small 12 seater which is ok for fit people. Places we visited were excellent. BUT we were told by the bus driver that LAKE EMERALD was completely frozen so we were given a choice to go or see the natural ARCH. We found out the next 26/5/26 that the lake has been unfrozen since 11/5/26, so this was disappointing.
