Excellent. Banff, Alberta Canada. We went on the tour with the gondola ride, lake Louise and lake moraine. Your guy was excellent and got to take beautiful photographs. Well organized and packed a lot into one day.

If you have just a few days in the Banff area, I would recommend this tour. It covers most of the main tourist attractions with a good pace - enough time to enjoy all the sites and have breaks/lunch. Ben was a great guide and driver. We appreciated his knowledge, sense of humour- and keeping us on schedule.

Jay was our extremely friendly driver and guide on our tour to Banff, and he truly made our trip a memorable one. He had vast knowledge about the area and generously shared interesting stories and insights throughout the journey. He was also very attentive to our comfort and well-being, always checking in to make sure everyone was enjoying the trip. Jay showed great patience, even when some people were late returning to the bus, and his photographic skills were amazing — he helped us capture some beautiful moments. We are visiting from New Zealand, and it was lovely to hear that he remembered many places there from his own visit long ago. I would highly recommend Jay for your next tour in Calgary!

Ivan did a great job of explaining the areas we were going to. Unfortunately the gift and coffee shops were closed at Morraine for the season and the tea room at Lake Louise was taken out only. It would have been nice to have a little more time at Lake Louise. I had never been to Johnston Canyon (I live in Alberta!) and would thoroughly recommend it to everyone. I had also not been to Bow Falls even though I go to BSH all the time. .

Our guide/driver Andrew was very good, places we visited and time allotted was very good-did not give 5 stars because van was very crowded and my husband and I were in back of van with another couple-very uncomfortable for the long ride to Lake Louise

It was the perfect way to see the highlights of Banff and the surrounding area. You never felt rushed but had enough time at each location. Seeing many of the places on your own can be quite tricky but this made it simple. Jackson was the perfect guide! I can’t imagine anyone better!

Tour was great. Visited Moraine Lake and Lake Louise and we also rode the Sulphur Mountain gondola. We were picked up and dropped off at the Visitors’ Center in Canmore. It was very convenient since we were staying in Canmore for the week. Our guide did an excellent job, although it was a little difficult hearing him in the rear seat of the van.

This was an amazing trip. It was changed to Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Johnston Canyon and Banff only because not enough had booked this one. But we were not disappointed. Our guide and driver, Ivan, was great. He made the trip extra special with his additional knowledge and interest in his guests. Highly recommend the tour, and even better if you get Ivan as your guide.

We thought the tour was excellent! Our guide, Junior was fantastic. He knew all the details on the points of interest, had lots of helpful information, knew history, was a great driver. He gave us adequate time to explore each site, and answered all our questions along the way. We got picked up on time at our meeting place in Canmore at 8:45 in the morning and it was a full day tour, getting dropped back off around 4:30pm. We were tired but very happy about experiencing so many great sights in a single day without having to arrange multiple reservations independently. Worth every cent!

It was an 8hr 30min tour for us since we got picked up from Banff. Junior was our tour guide and he did a good job making my Banff's experience memorable. He was just so patient, welcoming and attentive to each of us. He made sure that everyone got on board and even if ones were running behind, busy taking photos about great views, Junior was still patiently waited for them. We really thanked Junior for giving us a safe drive.

Jay was able to start the tour on time, was very informative and gave us a few extra “sidetrips” along the way. He is very knowledgeable about each stops and is willingly sharing some tricks and suggestions to make our stops efficient for us tourists. Overall, the trip was amazing, comfortable as well as fun. Really worth it for the money!
