This was an AMAZING tour and well worth the money! What we saw in one day you could never do on your own! Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Emerald Lake and Bow Falls all stunning! Lake Moraine I thought was the most beautiful place I have ever seen and it’s only accessible by tour or shuttle. Barry the driver and Ben the guide were wonderful! Gave us lots of history and recommendations for the rest of our trip. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Great way to see the big lakes of Banff and Yoho National Parks. Seeing the Natural Bridge was great.
We had a cloudy day, but our guide Layse was the sunshine!!
Amazing tour! Great guide and wonderful locations! Would book again in the future. Our guide was AMAZING!!!
Friendly tour, knowledgeable to know some details, perfect view and wish to see again , nice time schedule to view all spots .
We had a tour guide named Sammy who was very humorous.
On the day, he held a very visible neon green sign with the name of the person who booked the tour (our pickup was Downtown Calgary, if you have different pickups then they will pick you up along the way).
I suggest you buy some food you like before going onto the tour, they do have lunch break for us (start time was at 7:30am, lunch break near 11 or 12?) I found myself snacking on stuff I brought before lunch break so I suggest you either eat something beforehand or bring some food. For 2 people, we brought 2 subs and a few cans of soda.
At the lunch break area, there is a few stores to buy food at - Look up Trailhead Coffee at Lake Louise Dr, that's where our group had lunch break at.
The tour itself was nice, the pros are that you get access to areas that are generally no-car entry allowed, so one of the areas (forgot which one) had an 11km walk or bike only to the lake(?)
Cons were, you do things at the tour schedule, so there's that. I wanted to rent a canoe but there wasn't enough time to do so.
The tour is nice if you only have like a day off due to work or just checking out a few places while you're in Banff/Calgary.
My partner and I liked the tour and felt it was worth the tour fare to see the lakes.
As we have seen the lakes already, the next time if we decide to go back will be on our own time, not with a tour as we want the freedom of time to do what we want without being bound to the tour schedule.
I had such a great experience on this solo trip to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, and Johnston Canyon. Even though I was traveling alone, I never got bored. There was always something beautiful to see and enjoy at every stop.
Everything was well organized and, most importantly, everything was on time. The schedule was easy to follow, and I never felt rushed or worried about missing anything. It was such a fun and stress-free way to see some of the most beautiful places in the Rockies.
What an amazing day!! Cannot fault this tour one bit, we saw everything we wanted to see and thank you to Layse for such an incredible day. Constantly making us laugh and joining us at the locations to take photos for everyone, would book this tour over and over again. So easy not having to organise parking and shuttles etc, we just turned up and had the best day in the Rockies ☺️
Everything was on time, the experience was well planned and nice. The driver and guide was quite good
This experience is a must. It takes you to beautiful places you would have to get a shuttle for anyway on some of them. Our driver was Jay and he was excellent. He had a lot of knowledge and pointed out a lot of things we probably would not have seen on our own.
The tour was well constructed with lot of things to see. The sites were incredibly beautiful. Ben was very good in explaining all the sites and its features. He also gave us tips on restaurants and other facilities.
Considering the number of tourists and economic benefits generated by the natural sites, we felt that Park services were inadequate for the number of people. Surely some of the exorbitant prices charged by the hotels, restaurants etc. should flow into better infrastructure like providing adequate restrooms, chairs and tables for eating, adequate parking and better roads leading into the sites.
This day trip was perfect for our 1 full day to explore the highlights of Banff National Park. Our guide Gray was awesome! He’s very knowledgeable about the park and gave us great tips on where to go for photos without damaging the park and the surrounding areas. Enough time to explore all the places in the itinerary. Highly recommended!
Did all the itenerary and then some! Driver/guide Ron was so knowledgeable and entertaining!! Most of all he kept us safe during the whole trip. Thank you!
Layse was an engaging and enthusiastic tour guide! She shared facts and history tidbits throughout the day and took great photos of our family. She engaged with our kids throughout the trip. She informed us clearly of the time limits at each location and spoke multiple languages for our entire group. Highly recommend her as a tour guide!
The most amazing tour of the main lakes and waterfalls in the area. Breathtaking, picturesque views of the Rockies. Andrew our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was an excellent driver as well. If you are short on time and don’t want to waste time parking and walking, then this is the best option for you.
This is a fabulous day trip from Calgary. Ron our tour guide was exceptional. He cared about his passengers first and foremost. His commentary was amazing and attention to every detail was commendable.
Enjoyable, we took sandwiches and snacks to avoid the lines at Lake Louise Village. Smaller van was nice
This is the best one covering all the three lakes. This also covers Yoho and the beautiful drive across the roads and Banff town. It would be great if post Bow falls, half an hour stop at Banff town could be included.
Highly recommend this tour. My tour guide, Jay, was excellent. He explained everything really well and tried to show us as much as possible.
I had a great time on the tour. Our guide was super friendly and gave us lost of information. I felt super safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. Tht walk was fun short and easy. Was a little snowy when I went but some half decent walking shoes and listening to our guides advice of walking not the snow not the ice and I had no problems. He was lovely giving us recommendations for food for lunch. And taking photos of me. As well as answering all our questions. The natural bridge in yoho is very cool and has the blueist water I've ever seen. Emerald lake was amazing super green and cool to see the difference colors glacier lakes can be.
Best tour we have been on. The smaller bus is so much better than the bigger ones. Great value for the cost. We boarded in Canmore.
Tami was a very attentive tour guide, providing great local and point of interest information. We had ample time at every stop and Tami helped most of us with photo taking.
So many beautiful vistas to see that were included in this tour. We spent a fantastic day.
Would recommend this to others and will do it again with our future out of town visitors.
Tammy, our tour guide and driver, was great. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, easygoing, happy to take our pics at each of the stops—essentially everything you want in a guide.
Full day with great sites and we hit alot of landmarks. So stress free, not worried about parking and permits
Such a fun packed day! Pick up was easy and we were able to see so many incredibly beautiful sights. Ron gave us great information and made the day fun!
This is a long tour that provides a good overview of the main sights to visit in the Banff, Canmore, and Eastern British Columbia areas. The scenery was breathtaking and our tour guide (Samuel) was knowledgeable. We will definitely revisit many of these locations at a more relaxed pace.
This was jam packed, busy day, but well worth it! This is a great experience that hit many of the well known sights to see around Banff. I chose this tour because not only did we get to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, but this was one of the few tours that went to Emerald lake in the summer time. Ron was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable of the area and its history! He really helped make the tour fun! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to hit a lot of popular spots in one trip!
The tour was great, and our tour guide (Ron) was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. I felt like we were able to see all of the highlights of Banff in one (very long) day during the busiest and most crowded time of year. I would advise participants to pack a lunch since the “lunch stop” is short in duration and too crowded and limited to get any real food. Also, make sure you bring Canadian money with you for the “service fee” of at least $12 since is (according to our tour guide) NOT optional, and there is no way to pay it electronically. We ended up having to use US dollars which of course, a) he was thrilled to take and b) was significantly more due to the weak Canadian dollar (no, you don’t pay less if you use US money!). I don’t think he would let you leave at the end of the day without handing him the minimum “tip” (half-kidding). I am ok with paying the tour guide if I knew ahead of time it was required. I think if it is, they should just include it upfront with the cost of the tour. Also, who carries cash in 2026?!? Ron was lovely and gave us a great experience.
It was wonderful and well worth it! So glad we did this tour! Mark, our guide did a great job in explaining everything to us. We enjoyed it very much!
Not enough time at every stops. By the time we reach at lakes and start to explore then have to rush for return.
Secondly in coach they already assigned the seats for tourist which is unfair, its should be first come first serve.
Sammy was fantastic. Exceptional trip! Bypassing the parking hassles at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was a lifesaver. Our guide was punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and shared great local insights throughout the drive. We had ~80 minutes at each stop—plenty of time to take photos, walk the shores, and soak in the vibrant turquoise waters without feeling rushed. Transit was comfortable and well-organized. An absolute must-do if you want a stress-free way to experience the Canadian Rockies' best spots!
We were overall disappointed in the experience. For starters, the A/C was broken and it was over 90 degrees outside. We spent several hours riding in the moving sauna. Secondly, we had no itinerary to follow for how the day woul play out. For example, there was no designated stop 1, 2, 3 etc with a general time frame of how long it takes to get to each stop. It seemed like it was made up as the day progressed. And lastly, we were told that the tip is not discretionary, but rather mandatory at $12 per person. It was said to all patrons that this is not really a tip, it is a service fee. If that is the case, why wasn't I charged the service fee when I booked the excursion? It felt very wrong, however I gave the driver the fee and moved on, but I didn't like how it was presented.
The whole trip was great, especially our driver/tour guide Ron. He's a fun and amazing driver/tour guide, you won't get bored on the trip.
