This was a lovely small group tour. Bob, our drive and guide, was attentive and shared great stories about the area. If you aren’t into bad dad jokes, and some silliness, stay away. Other than that, it was an amazing tour and very reasonable.

Van was very old and uncomfortable ( metal head rests, school bus small seats and no outlets for phones)
Our tour was part of a training lesson for a new driver which added to a very long day- Tour guides switched mid tour to expedite day. Our first stop after 5 long hours in van making 2 stops to pick up different guests was Lake Louise. It was frozen so not much to see. 1 hour was allotted for this stop which was too long. Out next stop was Johnson Canyon. After another 45 minute drive we arrived to a closed canyon. It was closed the day before so you would think the company or the 2 drivers would have checked prior to traveling there. 2 large signs heading to this canyon also said it was closed but we continued to waste more time. we finally arrived to the town of Banff after 8 hours in a van for lunch (3 pm) . We wish we had more time than the 70 minutes we had to see this quaint town with lots to see.
It was a very long day and renting a car would have been so much better. Very disappointed in this tour.

Bob was fantastic—he shared so many fun stories! My cousin and I had a wonderful time together.
The bus was very comfortable, and the small group of 18 made the experience even better. He gave interesting explanations every time we passed a viewpoint.
We 100% recommend this trip! Now my neighbour, who lives in Calgary, is excited to try it for a fun experience too.

Our experience with the service was excellent. The guide was highly proactive, providing us with advance notice about the meeting time a day beforehand and arriving punctually for pickup. He shared a wealth of historical information and interesting insights, along with lighthearted jokes that made the journey engaging and enjoyable. His driving was both comfortable and safe throughout the trip.
Overall, it was an amazing day with an outstanding guide, Bob. I would definitely recommend Viator. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer hotel pickup and drop-off services, which would be especially helpful for travelers with small children, particularly during the winter or spring seasons.

Visiting Banff, Lake Louise and the other spots were an excellent experience. The views were spectacular and the tour group was great.

Bob was the most amazing tour guide, so knowledgeable and funny. Caring too, helping people not even in our group who were slipping on the ice. He also took photos for us and gave us relevant info and stories. We lucked out with fantastic weather and a clear sky. The bus was comfortable and we stopped at key spots along the way. Had a nice lunch in Banff and enjoyed our hike at Johnston Canyon. Overall the best day ever!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you, Bob!!

Awesome Experience 😍 of a Day tour with the Perfect Tour Guide Joshua 🫡 to make it memorable for us with his Fun Nature. Lovely weather ☀️❄️ helped us cover the Itinerary for the day and the history of Alberta with each destination shared by Joshua was so informative and we enjoyed much with beautiful stunning pictures. I'm little bit sad I cannot go some places because the weather but still everything was wonderful and a lot to see.
I'm really glad that I made one more good memory to remember Canada.

Our tour guide Bob was amazing! Be prepared to be out the entire day exploring and having fun. If you are going in the winter and you are not use to the cold please bundle up. Overall 10/10.

what a great way to get a glimpse of the beauty banff has to offer with ease and delight. As a first time traveler, I have to say that I wasn’t expecting a day to go one this perfectly!! We had a fantastic guide named Joshua who was hilarious, educative, funny, committed! He takes cool pictures and makes the best coffee !! We saw Lake Louise, which had a view that is mesmerizing under shinny sun! Then we went on a trail at Jackson Canyon where the water was literally emerald !! We saw the Fairmont Hotel which is breath taking!! Honestly just a great day!!I recommend this tour 100% and request for Joshua !!😍

Please do not visit BANFF during snow season. We were there this week March and Morraine Lake is closed until june 1 Lake Louise is frozen but our tour guide from everyday banff tour with BOB ARSHI was accomodating pleasant and a very good toir guide i also like the way he communicates and updates us before the tour i was glad they were able to accommodate me and my family the day before. i made the reservation the day before the tour. i actually booked a tour before our trip to calgary with grizzly banff tour and we were supposed to go on the tour on a tuesday and didnt receive any text not until the day of the tour while we were waiting outside that i received an email. that was bad communication i called their 1800 number to find out it was cancelled and the operator didnt even know why..they gave me my refund though.

Great trip! Our local guide Bob was part historian part comedian who did a great job of explaining everything and interacting with everyone. By the time the trip ended we all felt like we all friends due to him. Definitely a must if you want to see Lake Louise & Banff. All the locals I talked to after the trip said the trip covered the essentials. Highly recommend!

So many amazing places in one day!
Our tour guide Bob was fantastic! Engaging and informative. Gave us great information on each place, answered questions, gave recommendations, and the cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch!
