Bob is an incredible tour guide! We had so much fun and truly enjoyed every moment of our tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Joshua is not just a driver and guide. He is a master entertainer. He not only told us about where we were. he joked around, and even knew the names of his passengers.
Joshua also was very helpful with the limited mobility of one of us. He helped everywhere with the walker and made sure that we could get everywhere.
I suggest that the lunch stop in Banff be longer--at least 1.5 hours--or suggest that we bring lunch. The only thing we could get in the time allowed was a pizza slice next to where the bus parked.
I'll say it again another way. Riding the bus was not just "getting there." it was a show in itself, thanks to Joshua's narration

My family and I enjoyed the Banff tour that includes the breathtaking Moraine Lake that we did with a short hike , beautiful Lake Louise ( which we learned the history from Joshua, our wonderful guide) and the Surprise Corner ( which we learnt the story behind it and will keep it as a surprise here ), among other things. What made the trip very enjoyable and satisfying was Joshua himself!! He is an outstanding guide who strikes the perfect balance between being entertaining and informative. He was attentive to the group’s needs, shared his knowledge with passion, and was always honest and genuine in his interactions. His professionalism and warm personality made the tour enjoyable from start to finish. I have been to a couple of Viator local tours before and I noted that what really made the difference is the local guide him or herself! For this one, I would rate as Highly recommended esp with Joshua. Excellent Job for Everyday Tour Joshua!!!

Amazing experience. From the get go, we were greeted by Mike who was so welcoming. As Mike drove around the Banff area, we learned so many things about the modern history, geology and wildlife. Getting to each location was really easy and we even had time to have lunch just as long as we met back at our meeting spot with the rest of the group on time. Mike even gave us a surprise location at towards the end which really built up suspense and excitement. Highly recommend! Thank you Mike!!

The fact that it was such a small group and the driver Aylah was so engaging with us all made this tour amazing. Each spot was just spectacular and anyone coming to Banff should definitely book a tour to see as much as they can with knowledgeable tour guides.

Roger was an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Not only did he teach us so much about Banff and its history, but he also made us laugh and was a friendly face! The highlight for us was seeing Moraine lake for the first time. Would highly recommend this tour and Roger!!

Our tour guide Joshua was extraordinary! His passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the sites we visited, and his care and concern for each of the participants, not to mention his sense of humour, made this a truly memorable experience. And such magnificent and breathtaking sites they are!
However, if possible, I would not book through Viator again. It was challenging to communicate with them, and I received inaccurate or incomplete information.

Banff is absolutely magical and our guide Mike was the best! Very knowledgeable, fun and interactive and great driver. Took us to the best spots, took great pics for us and gave us best tips in Banff Ave. Also *surprise* corner was worth the wait 😄.. Highly recommend this company!

I'm a mom of 4 planning a trip for our family while working full time and all the other things of life. I booked our trip at almost 11pm Thursday wanting the first Sat in July. Instead I booked the first Sat in June. Due to my booking error, the next morning we were already into the 24 hour no refund cancel. Both Viator and Banff Everyday Tours would not help or refund in any way. I wanted to rebook, so they didn't lose out on our tour. They refused to help in any way. I asked for even a small refund or something to help justify still doing a tour. I was left with a very direct answer - no I was in the cancel window. I totally understand companies need cancellation policies, but this situation involved an honest booking error. What was more frustrating was the timing effectively meant I had no realistic opportunity to review the reservation and cancel within the policy window before it expired. I have 4 sad kids that were looking forward to this tour. However, our family cannot justify paying double. I'm super sad this happened, and sad that there was no remedy to help with my simple yet costly booking error.

From the moment we were picked up by Rodger we had such a great experience. The bus was clean, the seats were comfortable and Rodger made the day go by so fast. He was so knowledgable and funny.
