The view for both lakes are divine. The rock pile climb to the top of Lake Moraine is a real workout. If you are older I suggest you bring a cane or someone to hold on to during the climb. But you will not regret it getting to the top!
Our guide Roger Roger is very knowledgeable and entertaining. You will love to have him drive you to the locations!

Mostly riding in a multi-passenger van. The stop at Lake Louis was FABULOUS- climbing the “rock pile” was a highlight.

The guided minibus tour of Banf and surroundings was excellent. Heather was thoughtful and pleasant to be around. She knew and shared her experiences of the area. Also gave some guidance on how to experience the natural beauty of the area and avoid excessive crowds.

Due to crowds and limited parking, the tour was definitely the way to see the beautiful lakes and breathtaking mountains. The information was interesting.

Did not get my money back as they location was too far for me. My first tour that I booked months in advance was canceled the night before and I flew to Calgary for this one day only to see Lake louise. Anyway found this one and needed to be picked up in Calgary but it all got mixed up. And talking with the tour guide he told me sorry but I will put you down as a no show which means no refund. Even knowing my situation. 😡

If you want a simple way to get to visit each of these sites, this is the way to go. Leslie was from the area and knew about the area. He was very friendly as well.
You cannot get to Lake Moraine by car.

Heather was our tour guide for the day, and she was absolutely incredible! She was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and genuinely passionate about what she does. From the moment the tour started, she made everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and included.
She did an amazing job engaging the group with fun facts, interesting stories, jokes, and personal experiences. She shared insights about her country and culture in a way that made the tour feel unique and personal rather than just a standard sightseeing experience. She also took great photos for us, gave helpful tips, and pointed out all the little things she thought were worth knowing along the way.
What really stood out to me was how attentive she was to everyone in the group. She took the time to get to know the attendees, made sure everyone was acquainted, and especially helped solo travelers feel comfortable and included. You could tell she genuinely cared about everyone having a great experience.
I’ve taken tours all over the world, both solo and with family and friends, and a great guide can completely change the experience. Heather is definitely one of my top guides I’ve had. Her passion, personality, and knowledge made the tour so much more enjoyable and memorable.
I would absolutely book this tour again—and hopefully you get Heather! She was fantastic and truly made the experience worth it.

There were five places to go and we enjoyed all. Lake Louise was crowded, but had good restrooms. Moraine Lake was just as pretty, but less crowded. There was a nice walking trail which, in parts, went right down to the lake. There is a rock staircase, from which there is a very scenic view. The only downside was that restrooms were a few very old, run down porta potties. It took standing in a line for 20 minutes to use one.

Guide provided information of what we were seeing. A great selection of sites visited with sufficient time to wander a little bit and enjoy the view.

Heather was great! She gave us the best information/recommendations and stories/experiences on the way to our destinations. I was only in town for the weekend and I feel like this was the best day trip from Calgary. It was a bit smoky/cloudy but it was still so beautiful! Would definitely come back again and book this tour.

Joshua was an excellent guide and made the whole day such a great experience. He took us to Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and Banff, and was witty, knowledgeable and really attentive throughout the day. Excellent tour. No hassle with parking. Our tour guide, Roger, knew the area well and knew how to navigate the busy attractions and get us to the best spots for views and pictures. He supplied us with much information on this beautiful place and entertained us as well. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour was very convenient and covered both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake (along with few other points and lunch time in downtown).
We felt really lucky to have Heather as our guide! She reached out a day before to introduce herself and was very prompt in answering our questions, which immediately put us at ease for the next morning. Heather made a real effort to get to know everyone in the group, including the kids, and made sure everyone got to know each other as well. Throughout the day, she shared interesting insights about Banff and stories from her own travels, while keeping the experience relaxed and engaging.
Our kids had a great time and even said it was one of the best tours they’ve been on! Beautiful places, a well-organized tour, and a wonderful guide. Highly recommend!

My mom and I had a great time on this tour! Dave gave us plenty of information on Banff and threw in some jokes, which made the car ride more enjoyable.
My only feedback would be that the time spent at the lakes was a little short mainly if you want to do the rowboat. With 1 hour dedicated to Lake Louise, it felt rushed since the line for the rowboats was about 15 minutes and we had to use the bathroom before. Overall still a great tour though!

The visit to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were worth the two hour drive from Calgary! Absolutely incredible natural beauty, especially Moraine Lake. The hike up the Rock Pile was a bit daunting but worth it for the majestic view of the mountains and beautiful blue lake!
Banff was quaint and very nice. Great food and drinks at The Park Distillery.

We had the most amazing experience at the Rockies and Bob was a great guide! He was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and super engaging. Told us a lot of interesting stories, facts, and even some (dad) jokes to keep the whole ride lighthearted. The lakes were mesmerising, something you’d almost not believe that it’s real! The summer times can be crowded but totally worth it to catch the best colours. The most beautiful place we’ve visited in our lives.
