The tour went smoothly. We were given ample time to explore on our own. And the places were beautiful. Tour guide Vincent is very knowledgeable and shared interesting facts about the places and surrounding area as well. Vincent has a lot of great things to share so please give him a nice working microphone, he keeps getting interupted since microphone was not working properly.

Great experience and highly recommended, especially if you want to enjoy Moraine Lake and Lake Louise before the crowds arrive! Not having to drive at 4:00 AM was a huge relief, and the hot coffee and cozy blankets in the morning were a thoughtful touch. We had about two hours at each lake, which was enough time to hike the Rockpile Trail at Moraine Lake and the Fairview Lookout Trail at Lake Louise. Andy (Andrew) was an excellent guide who made the trip both informative and enjoyable. On the drive back along the Bow Valley Parkway, he helped us spot a bear in the wild! We'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff!

We had an amazing experience on this tour! Our guide Reuben, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived.. Reuben did a wonderful job ensuring all passengers got the most out of their experience, making himself available to take photos and answer questions while offering helpful tips and local advice. The comfortable transportation and safe driving also made the journey relaxing and enjoyable. This was my husband’s and my first trip to Banff, and our tour guide, (Sweet) Caroline did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable on the tour. She communicated extremely well regarding meeting times, washroom facilities, and hiking trails around the lakes, and she was highly knowledgeable of the area. She was very personable and even had candies and water for the guests on the tour. Caroline made the tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise one we will never forget! Thank you, (Sweet) Caroline for taking great care of my husband and me on this tour!

This was a must do when travelling in Alberta, in fact, I would travel across the world JUST to do this again. The time allowances at each destination were enough to genuinely enjoy the experience and our driver (Ron) was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, even with his bad jokes! Could not recommend this tour more :)

Fantastic day. What a brilliant day. Our driver Ram was superb, full of energy and enthusiasm. Everything was well structured and explained and there were no issues. Can’t speak highly enough of Ram as he made the day extra special. The tour itself was excellent with some amazing memories made.

Ron and Cyrus were great tour guides, it was lovely to sit back and be driven everywhere with commentary and suggestions. There was some unexpected road conditions on the way that slowed us down but they were great at being nimble and fixing up the itinerary on the fly to make sure we could see everything. Highly recommend for a touch of everything!

If you want to see all the best sites in and around Banff in a single day, this is your tour. We saw Bow Falls, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Lake Peyto, Bow Lake, Johnston Canyon, Bow Valley Parkway and more. We also saw a large black bear and horned sheep in the process. Hikes, incredible views and very educational with a guide that knows a lot about local animals, flowers and history. Our guide, Robyn, was amazing and her energy and commitment to our learning about this beautiful place was amazing. She has just started doing these tours but it felt like she has been doing them forever. We had the best time. As an aside, we were scheduled to start our tour at 7:00 am. There was a terrible accident that shut down the Trans Canada Highway 1 for several hours preventing our guide (all the guides) from being able to reach any clients in Banff for a few hours. Robyn was in constant contact and we ended up starting at 11.00 through zero fault of our guide or the company. Despite that it has nothing to do with them (stuff happens) Robyn killed herself to squeeze in 95% of our itinerary in a 9 hour unforgettable experience. Her energy and enthusiasm was infectious. And to boot, the company gave us a 50% discount on our private tour because it was disrupted by this large highway-closing accident despite the fact that it was not their fault at all. We did not expect it and we did not ask for that at all. But we did really appreciate it. The quality of the tour and that level of professionalism because the tour was disrupted regardless of cause is why you should sign up for this tour if you are looking for a one day immersion in all things Banff etc. That was such a professional response that although it was not necessary made us conclude that we would never use another company when in Banff.
