This was such a great experience! Our driver, Daman, was so kind and professional. He was so helpful and provided great advice and photo taking skills! It was so nice to have someone drive us from Calgary to Jasper. We originally were going to drive ourselves, but then we realized that there was no cell phone service anywhere on the freeway and as two millennials that rely on our phones for everything, that made us very nervous.

We got to experience two of the great sights in Banff National Park. I preferred this option rather than the Parks Canada shuttle to know our schedule rather than hope for seats on an overcrowded bus. Our guide was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. This is our second booking with Viator (both in countries outside our home). I trust them.

Today we witnessed the jaw‑dropping beauty of Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, and beyond with our guide Kenneth aka Bigfoot. Not only did he guide us through the Canadian Rockies, he practically summoned the mountains to perform for us. Kenneth somehow strikes the perfect balance between educational, entertaining, and “wait, how does he know everything?” His storytelling is sharp, his humor sneaks up on you like a friendly Sasquatch, and his tips for maximizing each stop were so good they felt like cheat codes for nature. Thanks to Bigfoot, we didn’t just visit these iconic lakes — we experienced them like insiders. Better photos, better timing, better viewpoints, and yes… better jokes. Highly, wholeheartedly, enthusiastically recommended. If Bigfoot is leading the way, you’re guaranteed a legendary trip.

We had a tour guide named Sammy who was very humorous. On the day, he held a very visible neon green sign with the name of the person who booked the tour (our pickup was Downtown Calgary, if you have different pickups then they will pick you up along the way). I suggest you buy some food you like before going onto the tour, they do have lunch break for us (start time was at 7:30am, lunch break near 11 or 12?) I found myself snacking on stuff I brought before lunch break so I suggest you either eat something beforehand or bring some food. For 2 people, we brought 2 subs and a few cans of soda. At the lunch break area, there is a few stores to buy food at - Look up Trailhead Coffee at Lake Louise Dr, that's where our group had lunch break at. The tour itself was nice, the pros are that you get access to areas that are generally no-car entry allowed, so one of the areas (forgot which one) had an 11km walk or bike only to the lake(?) Cons were, you do things at the tour schedule, so there's that. I wanted to rent a canoe but there wasn't enough time to do so. The tour is nice if you only have like a day off due to work or just checking out a few places while you're in Banff/Calgary. My partner and I liked the tour and felt it was worth the tour fare to see the lakes. As we have seen the lakes already, the next time if we decide to go back will be on our own time, not with a tour as we want the freedom of time to do what we want without being bound to the tour schedule.

We had an amazing experience on our Rocky Mountain tour! The entire trip was beautifully organized, and we got to see some absolutely breathtaking views and beautiful lakes. Everything was well planned, and it was a great way to explore the Rockies without having to worry about the details. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Ben, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept the whole group engaged throughout the day. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. You could really tell that he enjoys what he does. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely a highlight of our trip to Alberta. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Ben as your guide, you’re in great hands! 🏔️❤️

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours. Professional, well organized, informative, and a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. 10/10. Thanks again, Raj!

On a recent vacation to Calgary we took the Banff Gondola Hot Springs Bow Falls and Three Lakes Tour. From beginning to end, we had a very enjoyable day. The pick-up location was easy to find and very walkable from our downtown hotel. Our guide, Naveen, did an excellent job. He was cordial and professional, a perfect combination. Our favorite parts of the tour were Bow Falls, Lake Louise, and the Banff Gondola. If you take this tour and you happen to love mint chocolate chip ice cream, you're in luck! It was available at the snack stand at Lake Minnewanka and was delicious!

The trip was fantastic and the saleprice made it worth it. Our driver Youn was amazing. Knowledgable and to the point. Highly reccomend the Banff2Go company. Finding the vehicle was all but a text to them to ask when it would be arriving and I had a super quick response.
