We were waiting 40 minutes at the designated area to be picked up. Nobody came, nobody emailed us to cancel. I don't understand how someone can be so irresponsible and disrespectful. I called the number to enquire, but nobody answer the phone, and there was no voice mail box set to leave a message. Very disappointed.

The tour package was very well planned and was very enjoyable! Within a span of one day, we managed to visit many location spots which would be hard to do so without this package. The tour guide was also very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining to us the background of each location and answering questions we had.

The lakes visited were really beautiful, in particular Emerald Lake! The guide, Inder, was very helpful and a safe driver, bringing the group safely to each location.

Although the tour had been cancelled on 24 December due to poor weather it was rescheduled to the following day. Our guide, Inder, was knowledgeable and accommodating and always on hand to take photos of my daughter and I. The area we toured is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Great winter experience! We especially loved the winterscape at Lake Louise and the breathtaking views up Sulfur Mountain. We appreciate our guide making adjustment to our gondola ride schedule due to visibilty and going out of his way to take photos of us with great views! We felt comfortable the whole ride too as Jazz was a very safe driver.

I have taken this trip with guide Jas. He is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Our trip is extremely smooth even though we travelled with toddler. He covered all the locations mentioned in itenary with ample amount of time. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Tour started on time. Driver made a quick stop to allow us to grab a quick coffee and breakfast. We got to Emerald lake in good time. Lake is absolutely amazing! Literally emerald in color and overall woodsy look of the area made it magical. Lake Louise was in all its winter glory with snow having fallen the night before! The other lakes were all beautiful! If you’re looking for a relaxing trip this is definitely one to book. Long but quite worth it. Make sure and take the gondola ride up the mountain - definitely worth the price! If you are adventurous you can take the walk to the top of the mountain as well!
