We recently took a tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and it was amazing! Our driver, Wee was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing great insights about the area. The scenery at both lakes was breathtaking; the turquoise waters and stunning mountains took my breath away. Wee made sure we had enough time to explore and take photos. Overall, a well-organized tour that I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies!

Perfect excursion to moraine lake and lake Louise! Just the right amount of time at both places. Shawn was very insightful and gave wonderful suggestions at each spot. Would definitely recommend!!
It was perfect. Ideal weather helped the occasion but so did our driver Shaun. He gave us local history as well as hints on the best way to spend our time at each location. Good driver too
1.5 hrs. at each lake was the perfect amount of time. Driver was very instructive about the lakes and surrounding area.
The tour was fine. The communication from the vendor was horrible. We were told to meet at a hotel at 2:30. No particular location, just at the hotel. Usually that means in front of the hotel and there were benches and people and we were there by 2:20, waiting. When no bus had shown up by 2:30 we went inside the hotel just to double check where we should be. Girl at front desk had no clue about our tour but said a lot of buses pick up in the parking lot behind the hotel, about a block away. We rushed there and barely caught the tour bus just as it was leaving. The actual pickup location would have been helpful to know, not sure why vendor wouldn’t specify that on the confirmation.
Also, the morning of the tour I sent a message to the tour company asking a general question about the tour. It’s been over a week and they still haven’t responded. So apparently communication isn’t their strength.
The trip was wonderful views of both lakes were great Frank. Our driver was an excellent guide felt safe very helpful in taking pictures making sure that we got good pictures.
Great trip to beautiful Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Our guide Frank was friendly and gave us a lot of interesting information about the lakes and surrounding areas. He took us to the best spots for photos too!
This tour was perfect!! The views were spectacular. Frank was our guide and he was amazing! He made every moment and memory very special.
We got to experience two of the great sights in Banff National Park. I preferred this option rather than the Parks Canada shuttle to know our schedule rather than hope for seats on an overcrowded bus. Our guide was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. This is our second booking with Viator (both in countries outside our home). I trust them.
We booked the tour at a discount and it was great for the value even mandatory tips, $10/person, to our driver.
Our driver, Young, picked us up on time and his driving was smooth and safe. His communication was clear on trip duration and return location and time. He gave us good tips on various viewpoints for Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. He was also informative about the lakes. We enjoyed our tour.

Definitely recommend them, a lot cheaper than most shuttle services to lake Louise and morraine and a good guide made the experience all very good

Gide did not have a microphone and was no sound in the bus so we didn’t hear what Gide was saying

Good sense of humor. Easy to book on linear good instructions as to where to meet the driver.
It was on a large bus, wasn’t expecting that but it was very comfortable. Driver was very nice and informed us of many things as we traveled. We did have the bus breakdown in Banff and had to wait over 2 hours for another van to pick us up and deliver us to Canmore.
Our guide, Sean, was fantastic. He provided tips on how to experience Lake Louise and Moraine Lake that were right on the money!

Very organized. Wish we had a little more time at each lake. 80 min was not enough time. Other then that it was greatly organized
