We recently took a tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and it was amazing! Our driver, Wee was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing great insights about the area. The scenery at both lakes was breathtaking; the turquoise waters and stunning mountains took my breath away. Wee made sure we had enough time to explore and take photos. Overall, a well-organized tour that I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies!

This is transportation to Lake Louise with 1.5 hr drop off and then to Morraine Lake for 1.5 dropoff. Then back to pick up site. Our driver gave great info on the way as well as some information about the trails. He was very well spoken. This package was what we were looking for. If you want to stop at Lake Louise Village, choose a different one.

First departure was cancelled due to bus had an accident
Second departure bus driver hit a electric pole getting out of the parking lot

The 0745 tour was canceled so we were put on a later one. It was late to get going. The tour was good, guide was very friendly. Bus was good.

Trip was over an hour late leaving the departure point in Banff, although there was a text update from the driver to advise there would be a delay. Meant that the time spent at both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake was cut short a little. The bus wasn't as comfortable as the coaches used by operators on other excursions on our vacation.

A guide was super friendly and she made us comfortable and fun throughout the tour by telling us fun stories with lots of joke like it is her first time to go moraine lake etc. And she was super punctual and kind. I would highly recommend this tour. This tour was the best one as they don't charge for little kids (2 y/o and 3 y/o) Family with kids can save a lot if you choose this one

Our driver, Jerome, did an excellent job picking us up and driving us safely to the two lakes in a timely matter. The bus was clean and modern with seatbelts but you do need to bring your own car seat if you have little ones. We were bummed that the day before we got moved from our original 10:30am tour to 2:30pm the day before but the lakes were still beautiful at that time and we had plenty of time at each lake to walk around with a toddler and take photos. Note that although our driver was friendly, the "guided" portion is really only a few sentences as the driver is not mic-ed to give a tour on the bus and he does not accompany you off the bus when you get to the lakes, so you'll likely have to Google in realtime or prep beforehand if you want to understand what you're looking at. Make sure to use the bathrooms at Lake Louise because the ones at Moraine Lake do not have running water and have quite a stench.

In the beginning it was hard to find which bus was ours since there were quite a few there. Driver was nice and funny. Only disappointment was the tour was suppose to be 1.5 hours at each lake and the driver cut 10 minutes out of our time at each lake.

Bus trip to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise from Banff was great! Out driver provided some background info and suggestions for amazing photos. For a taste of these two beautiful areas this was the perfect way to go.

Excellent option to see both lake Louise and Moraine Lake. No hassle of finding parking. Caroline was an excellent driver and gave helpful tips at each stop. We had sufficient time to get out and take photos at our leisure.

Tour guide Zoey was great, funny and informative, but she was 30 minutes late picking us up because of traffic congestion. When we arrived at Morraine lake, one of the tourists informed Zoey he had only paid for parking until 8pm and needed to be back by then or risk getting a ticket. Zoey polled the others to see if they minded cutting the tour short, and when Noone spoke up, she thought there were no objections to going back early. So the whole group of 21 people lost 30 minutes at Lake Louise because of one idiot in the group. Other than that, the tour was exactly as advertised.

Great service from our driver, Steve. You get 1.5 hours at each lake which is a good amount of time to take them in without feeling rushed. Good way to access the lakes.

It was a semi private tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. We were three families and even infants had their own seats. The tour guide was very professional. Our pick up was on time and we had a great time.

We took the tour bus to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine and had an amazing experience! Our driver and guide, Christie, was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole trip so enjoyable. The scenery was breathtaking and Christie shared so many interesting facts and stories about the area. Highly recommend this tour and especially Christie - she was the perfect guide!
