We recently took a tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and it was amazing! Our driver, Wee was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing great insights about the area. The scenery at both lakes was breathtaking; the turquoise waters and stunning mountains took my breath away. Wee made sure we had enough time to explore and take photos. Overall, a well-organized tour that I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies!

We had a very good half-day tour, with plenty of time to enjoy both lakes. Sean was an excellent guide, sharing lots of interesting information throughout the tour, and he drove us safely and comfortably.
One suggestion would be to make the pickup point clearer. According to the information provided by Viator, I was waiting in front of the hotel, while the bus was actually waiting behind the hotel. Clearer pickup instructions would make it easier for guests to find the bus.

The photos show a small shuttle bus, but the actual vehicle was a large coach bus, which made it difficult to identify at the meeting point. Considering the high cost, I expected a better experience. The driver also seemed impatient and unhelpful whenever we asked questions, which was disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this tour company. Our driver never showed up, and we were not informed about the cancellation until the very last minute. We had to scramble to find and book another tour on short notice, which was extremely stressful.
Traveling with young kids made the situation even more difficult, as we were left waiting for the replacement tour with no advance notice or proper communication. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted our entire day’s plans.
A reliable tour company should communicate promptly when there are issues and have a backup plan in place. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend booking with this company.

This was my husband’s and my first trip to Banff, and our tour guide, (Sweet) Caroline did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable on the tour. She communicated extremely well regarding meeting times, washroom facilities, and hiking trails around the lakes, and she was highly knowledgeable of the area. She was very personable and even had candies and water for the guests on the tour. Caroline made the tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise one we will never forget! Thank you, (Sweet) Caroline for taking great care of my husband and me on this tour!

Absolutely stunning. The guide has more then enough knowledge. He was friendly. But he should not sell food, it should have been in his job terms and condition. He is paid to do his job, kids get unrest seeing the chips he sells.

There was no wifi at all on the bus and we had to ask for the water bottle at Lake Louise. The guide knowledge was very patchy and incomplete .

Sorry our tour didn’t meet your expectations. Our onboard Wi‑Fi depends on the mobile network, so it may be unavailable in areas without signal, such as the Moraine Lake area.
Bottle water is provided during the tour, and is listed in your booking information, I'm not sure if asking for it is a big deal.
Regarding the guide knowledge, we have had some different reviews about that, we'll ensure to arrange a "professor" as your tour guide next time.

Our family booked this tour and we really enjoyed it. Lake Moraine is smaller with less people, and the views were phenomenal. Lake Louise was a lot busier, but is quite bigger. Both lakes had amazing blue/green colouring, but the colour from Moraine wins hands down.
Our driver, Shawn, was great. He gave us little historical tidbits along the drive up, and hints where to go to get good views at both lakes. One spot to check out is the Fairmont Lookout at Lake Louise. It gives a bird's eye view of the hotel and lake, but be warned it's a good hike up to get there. If you go up, there's not a lot of time left for the lake side viewing.
Overall, this was a very good tour to enjoy for families with kids, especially if you want to avoid the drive to Lake Louise, and to also see Lake Moraine since cars aren't allowed into that area.

Great trip. Was expecting a shuttle van but we were on a large tour bus (which was at capacity). Comfortable. Free bottle of water on seat. Driver (Young) was great and knowledgeable. Perfect amount of time at each stop. Made sure everyone was on board and accounted for before leaving. Great communication.

Both lakes have their own beauty, and we’re glad we got to see them! Our tourbus driver, Shawn, was amazing, loved the history and geology of the rockies he told as we were on the road. Most importantly, he actually waited for an extra 10mins after pickup time for the guys that were a little late returning to the parking lot.

We had an amazing experience on our Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake tour!

A special thank you to our tour guide, Carolene who was by far the best guide we’ve ever had. She was both an excellent driver and an exceptional guide. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment the tour began.
Her commentary was informative and engaging, sharing fascinating facts about Banff National Park, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake. She kept the tour perfectly organized, ensured we stayed on schedule, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each destination. Most importantly, her driving was safe and smooth, making the entire journey relaxing and enjoyable.

First of all a big thanks to Shaun for being a great guide and for driving us to both lakes. He picked us from Canmore exactly on scheduled time, explained about all the major spots on the way and gave adequate time at each lake. He was very friendly and a super nice person. Honesty, I just randomly chose this shuttle service but I am glad for my decision and really enjoyed our ride. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it

The van was comfortable. Our tour guide/driver Wei was very knowledgeable about the area and gave a lot of good information. He was is a good driver as well. The price per person was reasonable and 1.2 hrs. at each lake gave enough time to enjoy. We had a great time.

It’s a quick trip to the lakes. if you don’t care to hike much it’s plenty of time. Driver was friendly and happy to answer questions. It’s not a detailed tour or anything but a simple easy way to see the lakes and get pictures. We have been to both lakes before on a hiking trip years ago so this was a perfect morning for to see the lakes, hike a little then have other plans for the afternoon. Don’t do this tour if you want to really explore the area!

We had a great trip. The busses were all on time for every departure. Our river Younge was so knowledgeable and kind. We stupidly waited at the wrote spot but were called immediately and never felt embarrassed over over. Totally recommend.

Excellent experience! Our tour from Canmore to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine was led by Shawn. He was very informative, friendly, with a pleasant sense of humour. Very easy and efficient and inexpensive way to see both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. The 1:20 at each lake is better than most other companies who only allow 1 hr. It was a perfect half day. The driver was very nice and his information was interesting on the way from Banff to the sites
