Begin with a brief paddle out to a peaceful section of the water where boards are anchored securely. Once settled, flow through controlled, Pilates‑based movements combined with breathwork and mindful transitions. The natural motion of the water adds an extra dimension, encouraging focus and balance while enhancing overall muscle engagement. The class concludes with a relaxing paddle back to shore, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and energized.
