Enter a winter wonderland all year round with this trip to the Berlin Icebar, where everything, from the walls to the seats to the glass that holds your drink, is crafted from natural ice. Your package includes three drinks tokens, one for the room-temperature front bar and two for drinks in the Icebar proper, plus a cozy jacket and gloves to keep you warm in the 14°F (-10°C) space.

Everything from checking in and receiving directions at the front desk to getting each drink throughout the process was great. You are allowed one cocktail (Moscow mule was delicious), and two shots. I don’t think the drink conditions were specified at purchase (a friend doesn’t do well with shots so that was tough), but we all enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the experience. Great price for the inclusions.

It was extremely quiet and had a bad atmosphere. The male bar staff was rude apart from Darragh. I would not recommend it there is far better places to go to in Berlin

The staff was very friendly and the bar had a chill vibe- no pun intended. It was a great way to end a day of sightseeing in Berlin. My son enjoyed his mocktails and had fun in the iceroom.

The ice bar is a room full of amazing ice structures but the included drinks are limited to beer or shots - would have been nicer to have more drink options. Fun activity to celebrate a birthday.

We booked for 5 in the evening.. You get 1 hour in there..
once in, you are put in the warm bar for 45 min, with 1 drink voucher!!
You then get called to the ice bar for your other 2 drinks for 10 to 15 min!!!
shocking... didn't stay, left after half hour so didn't get into ice bar at all....
In my opinion a complete Rip Off...

Awful , staff were rude ...... drinks at the first bar were nice and the bartender was friendly then as soon as we got into the ice bar the atmosphere changed one particular staff member was rude , complained of being cold ...... it was a lot smaller than the pictures and before we even entered we were asked how long we wanted to stay ...... not worth a visit

Poor quality drinks, very small ice bar and extremely rude, unhelpful staff. Save money and just go to a regualr bar instead. Avoid at all costs.

Could not get a response from this company. We unfortunately had a delayed flight and couldnt get to the venue. We tried to communicate with them on a few accasions but never heard from them. Very disappointed

A must when you visit Berlin! Had a great time...very unique experience. Can't beat drinks that were included in the price.
Be sure to try the chocolate drink once visit inside the ice bar.

The cups made out of ice were pretty cool. But the actual drinks were not great, seemed watered down and unnatural colours. I would recommend skipping this experience. It was just a bit hokey and cheesy, atmosphere was strange. Go to a real German beer market - way better experience, food and atmosphere.

Arrive early as your first drink is outside in the ordinary bar. A fun and different thing to do and definitely worth the cost.

Try to get there at least 20 minutes before your tour to enjoy the bar and a cocktail before your experience.
The story and passports are cute.
The ice bar is cold so either bring your own coat, hat and gloves or grab theirs.
The timing is perfect and the music in the ice bar is perfect. The ice sculpture are fantastic.
To get the best value for your money get the shots and the cocktail in the bar. The beer pours are about 1/3 of a bottle.
Just enjoy the experience!
