Well, we didn't make the Cold War Wall tour due to our own mistake. However, the tour group was very understanding and allowed us to take the Third Reich tour that afternoon. Our e-bike tour with Sam was great. He is very knowledgeable about German history and he has a self-deprecating British humor that made his explanations fun. The tour is about 5 miles and totally flat - doing it on a regular bike would be just as easy. The tour gave us a great overview of the city and Berlin history!

Berlin shaped by music, art and activism

Great tour that blended Berlin art, music, history and contemporary politics. Our guide Rys was excellent. A true renaissance man Rys is a rock and jazz musician, a DJ, and a tour guide. He brought a great sense of humor and a unique perspective to our group. He also gave some awesome recommendations for local clubs, bars and music venues. I strongly recommend this tour. What a like most is you get a good breakdown of some of the city's more eclectic neighborhoods. You will also learn about the various contributions of Berlin’s artists musicians and ethnic groups that contribute to the city's vibrant culture.

Dania was super friendly, funny and an all round great host. Plenty of knowledge of surrounding areas and consideration for food allergies etc. The food tour itself was very generous with portion sizes (we actually left full unlike some other tours we've been on). A great range of different food types and large selection of drinks at the last destination. Dania's recommendations and taste descriptions of typical Berliner drinks were spot on.
