Upon arrival at the dock, you are greeted with a glass of prosecco. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the sunset on the Spree while enjoying a 3-course dinner, accompanied by one included drink (wine, beer, or a soft drink).

Starter: Swabian potato salad with fresh herbs and orange salsa verde
Main course: Chicken fillet with spicy sauce OR falafel wedges with ratatouille, both served with seasonal vegetables, and potato and celery mash
Dessert: Seasonal dessert with fresh fruit

Dreadful - food stone cold sent the food back 3 times - still stone cold. Dont bother booking - no music, no atmosphere - very disappointing - do t waste your money.

Location.......no advertising to show you arrived. It was raining and dark a tourist never been to berlin. No one we stopped could speak english. Taxi had no idea dropped us and left.. ended up under a bridge no lighting female using a walking stick fumbling arround in the dark. Saw what hubby thought was a canal boat someones home. Walk towards to ask saw people at tables went to ask
It was it ....... not lite up no sign to be reas in dark. nothing. Noel one on the wharf to look for us.
Hubby wanted to leave he was not comfortable being in that position. If wife hadnt pressured him to take her under the bridge in the dark we would have missed the cruise. They left as soon as we sat down at pur table and we were not late. Just not locals.......

An enjoyable evening. The three course meal and drinks were good quality and the service pleasant. Going at the end of October meant the whole journey was after dusk meant it was difficult to see many features on the river bank mentioned in the commentary. But this was not our main reason for taking the trip as we had already toured Berlin during daylight.

It was a beautiful night. The boat was open air. Bring a jacket. Not cold but got cool when sun went down. Great way to see the city from another vantage point. Great service and our party if 6 enjoyed the meal. Pork, potatoes and carrots. App and dessert. Couple of drinks. Very fun. Recommend for a different fun evening.

We enjoyed the boat trip,however it got reasonably cold and it took them quite a while to close the top on the boat. What I was annoyed about was that there was a far better four course meal which looked much nicer but being from Australia we were unaware that option was available to us. The three course meal was okay but nothing flash

We took this dinner cruise the night we arrived in Berlin and I’m so glad we did. It was a great way to see landmarks from the River Spree. The commentary is in English and German. Dinner was simple but nice. Each guests get two free drinks. If you order extra drinks, you must pay in cash, no credit cards. The crowd was definitely on the older side as the tour is a bit expensive. It was easy to find a taxi to and from. We left the boat, walked left off the bridge for two minutes to a large intersection and easily called an Uber.

We thoroughly enjoyed the boat cruise, the drinks and the food. The cruise was slow enough to take photos and to match the narrative up with the sites. There was enough information on where we were cruising and what we were seeing.

We enjoyed the cruise downstage river. It was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. They give 2 drinks that were very good. The first and third course was very good. The second course was alright.

The three course meal was very good, and plentiful, despite another review I had read. Goes to show, don't believe everything you read. Otherwise you might miss out. A really enjoyable experience.

A nice evening but hard to see some things in the dark. Vegetarian option but no details of menu. Dessert had banana in and I was unable to eat it.

We have used Viator many times in several cities and this was the only one to disappoint. The food was basic (cold potato salad for starter, pork with carrots and mash for main, apples and cold custard for pud, with another group having a different (better) menu and top up drinks. We were offered coffee, not told we’d have to pay for it and then they would only take cash - we didn’t have any. Made us feel very uncomfortable. The tour was recorded and we couldn’t hear it most of the time. Please check this one out Viator before signing up again with them.

As the reactions of other guests who went along on the same day indicate, the food was fine. The price-performance ratio was absolutely OK.
Of course, we gave the customer the opportunity to pay for the extra drinks that she and her fellow travelers drank by bank transfer. Unfortunately, the amount owed has not yet been received.

Boat was great. Service great. Good okay but was not told they don’t take card for drinks onl cash and couldn’t hear any commentary as noise from others were very loud. A lot were not interested in the sights. Also smoking and vaping were allowed which is just so rude when people are eating.

This outing was quite enjoyable. Relaxed and good service. Getting there is a little out of the way with public transport although with some basic research it shouldn’t be a challenge.

Was a nice experience, but I honestly felt like it was too expensive for what we received. The food was decent, but not worth the price tag. However the boat tour was really nice, and the staff was excellent. €70+ per person should’ve been more like €50 per person maximum.

The boat was quiet due to the time of year - Oct, with 5 groups enjoying the cruise. On arrival we were offered a glass of Prosecco followed by the 3 course meal as we travelled down the River Spree to the main Berlin sites. Commentary was provided in English and there was plenty of wine and beer available to purchase. As it was dark we could not make out all the key sites so would look to do again in the summer when it’s brighter. The food and service was first class so would highly recommend.

I booked without realizing how far away it was from where I was staying. Had I known I wouldn't have booked, but so glad I did. I walked the entire length of the Tiergarten to get there and then found it just fine. I was seated with another family. It was great to see Berlin from the river - modern thriving Berlin and some older Berlin views too - I always try to do a water tour when I am in a new place. The dinner was very good and the service staff were friendly and upbeat.
