Top Bend Holidays in 2026

No other experience in Bend lets you travel the globe through chocolate. The chocolate experts guide you through the entire bean to bar journey, from how we source directly from small farms to the small-batch roasting techniques that preserve each origin's distinct character. Be welcomed with a mug of house-made hot cocoa, then explore the global cocoa story told by the people who live it every day. Learn how soil, climate, and region shape every bar, from fruity Peruvian beans to earthy Indonesian cacao. Then take the craft into your own hands and pour your own bar from warm, liquid single-origin chocolate to take home. Close with a guided tasting flight of the award-winning lineup — comparing the terroir of multiple cacao-growing regions side by side, just as a sommelier would explore fine wines. Taste the world's finest single-origin cacao in one sitting, then shop the full collection at guest-exclusive pricing.

You will enjoy a behind the scenes look at how this local award-winning chocolate maker creates their incredibly savory product. You’ll learn about how various beans from different regions of the world help make these chocolates and experience how the process works. Perhaps the highlight will be forming your own chocolate bar into a mold that will be packaged to take home with you. At the end, everyone will enjoy some wine or hot chocolate along with tasting their various samples. If you choose to purchase some chocolate bars, we have arranged special wholesale pricing for you.
