Brief, poorly narrated. The price was OK but the guide talked too fast and appeared to only be interested in being done. You see boot hill but do not stop there.

No ac just open air but really good lots of history to learn about and you get to go to the Boot Hill cemetery but you don't get off I wish we could even five minutes

Honestly the disorganization ruined everything for the weekend. We had a ticket for 10:15. A.m.. showed up and was told that it would not start until 11:00. A.m.. this ruined the rest of our day since we only had certain time frames to do things in other places as well. Super disappointed with the lack of accountability and hospitality that the company offered.

The experience was great but your facts were WRONG about availability for the trolly. YOUR SITE REPORTED THAT THERE WERE NO TICKETS AVAILABLE ON JAN 15 so we booked for what the site said was the last run for the trolly on Jan 16. THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT CORRECT AT ALL. There were no lines and the actual people running the trolly said they had lots of openings. People walking up to get tickets had to have cash but we had ticket proof and they let us ride the trolly a day earlier than our reservations which fit our schedule better. The trolly people could be losing business with you reporting no tickets available when there was hardly any customers.PLUS ONLINE CAN USE CREDIT CARD AND IN PERSON PEOPLE WERE SCRAMBLING FOR CASH ONLY AT TICKET WINDOW.

Just because you purchase a ticket for a particular time doesn't mean they will honor it at that time if the tour sells out with walk-on tickets! You'll have to wait for another time slot on the same day. We drove a stressful 3 hrs going 75 mph and arrived 10 min bef our ticket time, but the trolley was already full and the tour guide had closed the door and began her story! Very disappointing!

I booked this experience the night before. When I arrived on site the next morning I found only a written note with no employee to be found that this tour was cancelled for the entire day. I sent a message to the operator asking for a refund. That was 24 hours ago and have had no response.

The first tour was at 10:15 according to this website, but they changed it to 10:20 for some reason and wrote the times on the chalkboard.
The guy taking tickets didn’t seem very friendly and turned out to be the tour guide. He certainly knows his stuff and it was extremely informative.

We are sorry you feel that way. Our tour is by far the most inclusive tour in town. It encompasses not only the Allen Street area, but also the old district and Boot Hill cemetery. 25 minutes to see these areas on a trolley, is pretty substantial.

There was no experience! You sold us tickets for a ride that didn’t exist. I was pretty upset as we had company from Tennessee. Please do your research to know what tickets you are selling. Please remit a refund immediately!!!!!

We apologize for any confusion, our historic trolleys go to Tucson every year in December to do the Winterhaven Christmas Lights tours. We removed them from the calendar, but the booking company put the reservations back on, unbeknownst to us. You should have never been given an option to purchase tickets for our trolley during this timeframe.

Once we got to the check-in booth and showed the person behind the booth our ticket, he was extremely rude and grumpy and said he didn’t know what it was and it wasn’t his tour. As it turns out, it was his tour and we scrambled two hours later to try to figure out where to go only to go back to the same Booth and have him show his shoulders and tell us to get on the bus, the tour lasted less than 20 minutes. I would not recommend.

After investigating this further, you did not have tickets to our trolley tour, you had tickets to the Good Enough Mine trolley tour. Our trolley driver pointed this out to you. You then came back later and stated there was no one at the Good Enough Mine.
Our driver then let you step on for free to our tour, even though it had already started at no charge to you. This review/rating should be removed and a application for removal will be generated.

My family loved that our tour guide told us so much about tombstone that we have never known before.In my opinion I think this was the most fun and learnable trolley ever . We loved it thank you for making this trip so fun.

The driver was very unhappy to accept our preprinted and paid for tickets with a specific tour time. He said they did not have room for us. However, the people on the trolley made room for our party of 3.

Tombstone was the last stop on my family's road trip from Missouri to Southern California. The Tombstone Trolley Historical Tour was perfect for us. My 5 children range in age from 3 to 14, and they all seemed to enjoy the trolley tour, and I was able to enjoy it as well. The tour guide, Chuck, was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone, but especially if you want to see the sites with small children.

Short but comprehensive tour of Tombstone; guide was informative and entertaining. Skip the shootout show, though, that can be bundled with it. We’d hoped it would be a historical reenactment of the famous shootout but instead it was more of a silly little play. Kids might enjoy it but adults, not so much! Full of pratfalls and scatalogical humor.
