Kyle could not have been nicer. As a Bisbee native, he had many anecdotes, historical information, and showed us many fun points of interest. He gave us detailed information about the mines. Very patient and accommodating for picture taking. We could not have asked for a better guide

      Totally enjoyable. Guide was born/ raised in Bisbee. Individual group tour which allowed time gor questions/ stops etc. Only way to truly get the amazing picture of the history of the copper industry in this town

      Travis made Bisbee come alive! The town gave us the impression of a town no one cared about with all of the closed shops and retaurants. Boy were we wrong. Once withTravis who took us around relating stories of his boyhood there, his father's work on the mines, and what had happend to the Bisbee area over the years our minds were changed forever. We learned so many things like about Geronimo's attacks, John Wayne's frequent stays and his drinking buddy Lee Marvin's visits. it was interesting to learn how over the years various groups have settled there reviving the old copper mining town. He took us all around Old Bisbee, to the Lavendar Pit and over to Lowell answering all of our questions, making sure we were comforatble and giving us one of the best tours we have had any where in the world. A tour with Travis is an absolute must!

      Travis is the soul operator of Big Jeep Tours in Bisbee. He grew up in the area and knows nearly everyone we passed during our tour. More importantly, he knows every nook and cranny in Bisbee. It was enjoyable listening to him recount his younger days and how the area has changed. We drove all over Bisbee and then over to the Lavender Open Pit Mines. We stopped a few times for pictures at overlooks and he was very accommodating when we got a little warm and turned on the AC… unusual for this time of year. But it is what it is. If you want a knowledgeable guide in a comfortable ride, Big Jeep tours is the company you want to hire.

      Travis was a wonderful, personable, knowledgeable, courteous guide. We came with a specific historical interest, and he had all the knowledge and places to take us to the sites of the Bisbee strike in 1917. Jeep was clean and comfortable. The tour was the highlight of our Bisbee visit.

      This was an excellent experience, we are so glad we booked it with Travis. He was born and raised here and is so knowledgeable about the area. He has a really nice comfortable jeep, and he made our tour very enjoyable, telling us all the interesting stories as well as the history of Bisbee and the mining business.       The tour was amazing and Travis went above and beyond. The jeep was very comfortable. Travis reached out ahead of time to ensure we knew where the meeting spot was and to make sure we arrived to Bisbee ok. Travis showed us so many areas of Bisbeee and growing up here he knew the history and many of the people who lived here. He was enthusiastic and so much fun to be with. He knew the best spots for pictures and great recommendations for food and events. He also took note of things we said to emphasize areas in Bisbee that would be of interest - very personalized service. Travis made the tour so much fun. Would highly recommend this tour with Travis specifically.

      Our tour guide Travis , having grown up in Bisbee, was not only able to give us much of the history of Bisbee, but also many personal memories of him growing up in Bisbee. We feel the personal stories made the history of Bisbee more complete. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone. It was fun and fact filled.

      Absolutely great tour!!! We scheduled this tour for right after we arrived in Bisbee (late afternoon) to figure out what all we wanted to do and see the next few days. Travis, the guide, was amazing! He allows dogs to join, so we even got to bring our 2 dogs along. We asked for the tour to be "history and haunted" focused (both of our interests) and Travis delivered! He answered questions and stopped for photos or to let me poke around the outside of anything supposedly haunted. Having that flexibility and no set schedule or set list of places made this tour so great. Travis was full of information and also engaged in chitchat with us. We were also lucky to enjoy the sun setting at the end of the tour as we viewed the lavender mine and made our way to Erie Street, it was beautiful! He even let us go over the 2 hour tour time to make sure we drove by a couple other supposedly haunted places once the sun was set - that great attention to our interests made sure we had so much fun! Great recommendations for food and drinks too, nice when a local can point you in the right direction.
