DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP! It was a disaster! The driver was 90 minute late, didn’t speak English and wasn’t able to offer any guide or support, didn’t want to pay car parking so dropped us in random places, we visited 4 out of the 8 advertised stops.
Essentially we had a poor driver not a luxury chicken with English speaking guide!
Other groups included us, taking our family photos whilst our driver sat in his car!

Thank you so for your review even we had inform you near your hotel heavy traffic was jam and guide will be 30 minutes late to pickup you. not was 90 minutes late. you visited all almost all Places and spent time 10 hours and during tour you did not any complain with guide and he given you all information about all places and you enjoyed all day. even you complained here. really you are for me respectful as other customers in past.

Mukarram ticked all the boxes and Mount Fuji showed well from different angles. Recommend it as good introduction to Japan. Mukarram gave plenty of detail about Japan and the visited locations. Views from the pagoda up 400 steps and top of the ropeway were memorable.

It was a great tour. Probably the easiest way to see the amazing views of My Fuji when staying in Tokyo. Mukarram was kind and easy to talk to. We all enjoyed it!

If you leave Yokohama during the week leave before 7am. We spent a total if 5 hours in traffic,

Tour lasted 12 1/2 hours
SKIP THE VILLAGE. Biggest tourist trap.

An excellent trip with a very professional and knowledgeable guide. The trip was relaxing and informative with the highlight of Mt. Fuji allowing itself to be viewed and photographed. The guide was very informative and made the trip a success. I highly recommend this excursion while in the area.

Instead of leaving at 8:30am as scheduled we were asked to be ready at 7:30 due to traffic. Eat before.

Our guide, Mukarram, was very easy to communicate with prior to the tour. He has good knowledge of the area and great rapport with the vendors wherever we went. He was very conscientious with our time requirement and adjusted the tour as we went. The only item that was not excellent was the van not being able to accommodate 6 passengers comfortably for the long ride. We had one in the front seat, two in the middle ailse, and three in the back where there was only seatings for two. One of us had to squeeze in between sitting on the hump. Not comfortable at all. Everything else was excellent, and we would recommend Mukarram for a group of less than 6.
