We had an awesome time last night in Ybor! Really interesting history and cool stops on this tour. We got lots of activity in the attic and my son even got a scare at the last stop when he spotted a figure out of the corner of his eye.

We had a great time. Chrissy was an amazing tour guide and even extended our tour time because we were experiencing activity. Would definitely tour again and recommend to friends.

This tour was in Plant City and we spent a lot of time in the old railroad station. There is a lot of history here and was able to host hunt after dark.
They give you EMF detector and copper rods to use during the tour. Paranormal activity was pretty good , we did have some interaction . Would definitely do the tour again.

Waited at the starting location for almost a half an hour (5 before and 20 after) and no one showed up! Do not waste you time or money!

We appreciate your review. However, You went to the wrong place. Take a look at your ticket and see where you’re supposed to meet next time. Our tours depart from different locations on different evenings. It seems that through the Viator third-party ticketing system, it only allows us to put all of the destinations and stops. We appreciate your purchase. However, you do have to look at the ticket and read all email and text message for the tour departure location. We do not depart from our mailing address that seems that is on the ticket. We apologize if this is confusing. We only are able to fill in the parameters that the pre-registered system allows.

It was a great experience. We had a small group which was better and interacted with spirits and caught some paranormal. Krissy, our guide was very informative. I would definitely go again.

This experience was already booked and the company and Viator did not communicate this to people. Given this, I booked this experience, was given a ticket, and was then told there was no space for me. I am still waiting for a refund.

Dear Ghost Hunter, we appreciate your review! We do know in this technology age that some times tickets purchased same day, and through a secondary ticketing site may experience communication delays and slightly slower scheduling. We do advertise to please call if booking after 2pm or on rainy days. Being in business for 15 years we will always follow-thru on a return even if purchased through another company. We would always extend the same Raincheck to schedule for another date. We did check and we do not see a pending status , this means that your request was already kindly taken care of through your original processing company Viator. We partner with them because they also have a premium reputation. Feel free to read reviews of people that did take the tour and we hope to see you again. We appreciate your business!

When we asked Mr. Martinez if our friend looked like his daughter to turn the light off and he did. When we were in the Attic there was a lot of activity.

No one showed to take us on the tour. Awaiting a refund. We paid for parking and waited. We had to message and call the number to get a response. Should have gotten a notification that the tour was cancelled. Very disappointed with the whole situation.

Dear Ghost hunter, we see here that you did not take our tour, but you gave us a review. We do not see a reservation on our tour roster at the cut off time.
There are also several tours in the historic district that are new and do advertise with signs and arrows to get you to go to their location. If you purchase through our friends at Viator, the secondary booking system, it is easy to request a refund. Please call if you have any questions about Tour departure locations as the historic district can be a little confusing.
A note to all -our tours depart on time stated on ticket. If you are running behind and cannot find parking or just late, please call us and we will hold the tour for you. If you are purchasing last minute or ordering during summer storm season, please call us before booking to find out if our tour is running behind schedule or if it has a new departure location to accommodate for storms. If mother nature is not accommodating, we will reach out to all of our customers via text message to let them know that the tour is expecting severe weather, but we will keep them posted on weather updates. Sometimes mother nature does not cooperate and we will have to rain check the tour. It is rare for us to cancel as we know, everybody looks forward to our fantastic Paranormal experience. We will always offer our customers, a rain check, or another opportunity to take our tour as it is out of this world, Spooky and fun. We have been scaring victims in the historic district since 2007 and we appreciate all of our customers business.
