Misled by the name of the tour

Disappointed as this experience is not catered for family and kids. We had expectation of the thrilling, spooky vibe, element of surprise but it was simply a history tour. The guide is extremely knowledgeable about Tampa Bay’s criminals and interesting facts, but it was not what we imagined.

So sorry you did not enjoy the tour. It is not a haunted house. It is a ghost tour of the city. Usually the Hotel Floridan (haunted hotel we enter) and Cemetery give you the spooky vibes. The rest is a fun build up to it with history and horror stories. Once again, we are sorry you didn’t enjoy it.

Rose Ann was very knowledgeable, funny, and engaging with the entire group. We were hoping to get to go into more of the actual places but still really enjoyed Rose Ann’s stories and the historical significance of the places we were allowed to visit.

It was an average tour. I’ve been on better ghost tours in Savannah, Portsmouth NH, Key West, and Saint Augustine. Usually the tour guides seem more into it and there are more details but Dustin was fun and the group of teenagers we brought had fun.

This is a scam, no where on the booking site does it mention it is a walking tour. Do not book from this company. When I contacted them they basically said too bad. Be prepared to be harassed by local homeless people interrupting the tour and harassing for money or cigarettes

Dustin was a great guide, very entertaining. My hubby is a pretty stoic guy, but he smiled and enjoyed the whole time. If you’re looking for something fun to do, I recommend this tour.

Dustin is an amazing tour guide. He interacted with each of us, remaining curious and excited about learning new facts, legends, and lore provided by his group members. He was super kid friendly while still enlightening the adults of more salacious history in a way Loony Tunes mastered. I lived in Tampa for over 30 years and never knew any of the history I learned with Dustin - not just ghost stories. Thank you, Dustin!

What a fun experience! I really appreciated that Dustin texted us prior to the tour beginning to confirm the details and let us know where to meet up. He was a great guide. The stories he told were very entertaining! It was neat to see parts of downtown I hadn't ventured to before, even having lived in the Tampa area for 7 years. The walking wasn't too strenuous, either, which was nice. I would definitely do the tour again!!

Dustin brought the history of downtown Tampa to life. He is so animated, and you can truly imagine the mob with their Tommy guns just around the corner, or the general sitting in the lounge at Elvis' favorite hotel. The cemetery was plenty creepy also. Great tour!

Dustin did a great job with us and the kids! We did have an interesting experience where he was about to take our picture and the lights went out in the church behind us right then. It was a great way to get the history of Tampa and the kids didn’t get too scared! Thank you for the wonderful tour!
