Highly recommend- exceeded expectations! Chef Antonio was extremely informative, engaging and we prepared a complete meal from scratch. The group size of six people was ideal. Of course, the food was delicious.

Sicilian Food Lovers was a fantastic experience for our family! We absolutely loved the menu and can’t wait to replicate the braciole, pasta, and salad at home. Antonio was a great teacher, explaining not only how to do things but why you do them that way. We would take the other classes for the arancini and caponata in a heartbeat. We cannot recommend this experience enough.

One of our best days in Sicily! The venue is beautiful, and the class was informative and lots fun. Antonio and his colleague Were fabulous host And explained everything with ease. The best part was we got to eat our creations. I can’t wait to get home and make the recipes again..

Villa Palamara, a fabulous Sicilian Cooking Tour

What a fabulous tour to do in Cefalu! Antonio was just great, he warmly welcomed us with refreshing lemon water, sparking Prosecco and delicious home made canapés. He then brought us on a short tour of the beautiful property at Villa Palamara - stunning! Our cooking class was great fun and very informative- we can’t wait to try making the delicious food when we get home. It was our first time to make pasta and Antonio made it seem so easy. We made delicious Pasta Al Norma, orange and fennel salad, stuffed zucchini’s fresh pasta and then Antonio made a mouth watering light desert - yum! This was one of the best ‘tours’ I have ever done. We would thoroughly recommend as an amazing afternoon in Sicily!

From the moment we arrived at the Villa, Antonio was welcoming and engaging. Our small group was so impressed with how beautiful our prep table was set up with everything so fresh. Antonio gave easy to follow, detailed instructions along with demonstrations. He was very patient. We enjoyed hearing the history and traditions of all the dishes we prepared and we especially enjoyed eating our creations. Lovely wines to accompany our meal. This is a must do in Cefalu. Thank you Antonio!
