Informative, fun, entertaining! Lots of hands on prep (and time spent washing hands with 2 sinks for 12 people) but as the location was in a restaurant not any real hands on cooking over heat as in other experiences I have had. I will try the recipes at home once received. All delicious!

This cooking class was everything I could have asked for. Accompanied by delicious recipes to bring home and make again, we were brought to a market to get fresh veggies and fish for our delectable meal! Made great friends and had great conversation. Many good laughs were shared. I would highly recommend for small groups or solo travelers like myself to go and experience this experience.

This experience was one of the best of the entire trip! From the meeting point, to the market trip, to the cooking class, Chef made our day one to remember! This is an experience for the whole family regardless of age or cooking ability. I cannot say enough about what a spectacular experience we had!! Book early as it is likely to sell out!! It is a DO NOT MISS excursion!!

I can't recommend this tour enough. The entire experience from start to finish was flawless. We had perfect views of the ocean, while we were making/ having lunch, which made it feel like a quintessential Sicilian experience.

Great food, led by a fantastic chef and guide. He made the whole day fun and we had loads of food, wine, drinks all day - nothing was too much bother. It felt like we really got value for money and learned a lot. It was fun to be with a group of other learners also. I booked this as a surprise for my partners 30th and it felt very special activity to do for a n occasion. Would highly recommend!

Mauritzio did a wonderful job explaining about differents vegetables and fish at the market and then helped us prepare several Sicilian dishes. He was a great instructor and the food we prepared made the most delicious dinner I have had on my trip to Italy yet!
