Lidia and Frederico were excellent instructors. They were so welcoming, and made this hands on experience unforgettable. There was plenty of food made and enjoyed by all. Highly recommend!

We had the best time making fresh tagliatelle with pesto, ravioli with delicious lemon ricotta filling and sauce with tomato and eggplant. For dessert, we made vanilla gelato from scratch. Our instructor, Lydia, was adorable and amazing. What a great way to spend an afternoon!!

We had great fun at the pasta and gelato cooking class! Salvo and Marcello were amazing hosts, invested, funny and attentive, we all said we would definitely recommend to others and go back. It seems as though the food is secondary in my review, but it really isn’t! The dishes we made were also amazing, really delicious. One of our group made it the very first day we returned home!
