What an amazing evening. Antonio and his family were great host and the food was absolutely amazing. It was great sitting around the table with Antonio and other guests from all over the world, enjoying wine, amazing food, and great conversation. This is definitely a night you don't want to miss.

Domus and his family welcomed us into their beautiful home. He is a wonderful chef and an even better host! He was gracious enough to help set up transportation from Palermo. It was an absolutely wonderful evening - one of the highlights of our trip :)

We had a wonderful time! It was a good group of nice people…I loved the outdoor kitchen of our host…and we learned a lot about the pleasures of pistachios! The pistachio pasta was especially delicious! The whole family was charming and I think a good time was had by all…bought some pistachio paste from Chef Antonio so I can fix the pasta for friends back home…

Myself and friends attended this class thanks to a recommendation of some friends back in Australia, and oh boy are we glad they did! We had such an amazing experience. Antonio and his family made us all feel so welcome in their home. The night was filled with constant laughter, amazing food and the wine was flowing!
The food was delicious but with Antonio’s help we all very confident we could achieve it back home.
Antonio also organised transfers for everyone which was such a help with us staying in Mondello rather than Palmero.
This was the highlight of our trip to Palmero!

Fab class by Antonio. The couple with my family was sweet and engaging. Antonio taught us about the local food and culture. We paid extra to get picked up from Airbnb and it was definitely worth it for us (Palermo drivers are crazy compared to drivers in the states). The food was excellent and Antonio catered towards all dietary restrictions without making others feel neglected of delicious flavors. 1000% recommend! Last but not least, the wine Antonio serves (at no additional cost) is DEVINE! I can’t find it in Western NY, so if anyone has a lead on that let me know 😂

My friend and I had such a great time making Italian food with our wonderful chef and his family. There was 13 people in the class and we all contributed to a fabulous meal and non stop wine!! Would highly recommend!!

Antonio is passionate and knowledgeable about cooking. He shares his love of cooking and Italy with you and he makes sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. A really fun night for people with basic skills.
To note, the venue which is Antonio and family’s house is 40 minutes away on outskirts of Palermo. He kindly arranged a shared ride which was reasonable.
Would recommend for a fun evening out. Antonio and family were lovely and the food delicious!

Sicily was the first stop on my 2.5 week trip across Italy and this experience cooking with Antonio was among the very best of the entire trip! From the food, the conversation, to the wine and last but certainly not least- the amazing food, everything was spectacular and came together to make an unforgettable experience for myself, my daughter, and my mom (as well as all the new friends we made at the class). Book in advance so you can get custom souvenir aprons! I can’t recommend this experience enough, and we did everything from cooking classes to museum tours to gondola rides and snorkeling while in Italy. Thank you Antonio!

From the hospitality to the camaraderie with the other participants it is non stop laughter and enjoyment. The knowledge gained is wonderful and the food amazing. The outdoor kitchen and dining area was a perfect setting for learning about the food and wine of Sicily. One of my bucket list achieved. Brilliant! Highly recommend this! My partner and I had great fun learning authentic italian dishes, professional tips and know how with playful, professional chef Antonio and his generous, warm, welcoming family outside in their outside garden kitchen. All whilst sipping delicious wine, liquors and enjoying various courses under the stars.
Sharing great interesting company with people from around the world with different backgrounds yet a shared delight in delicious food, sharing stories and encouraging each other. I highly recommend this even if you are new to cooking- chef Antonio is charismatic, friendly, approachable - the evening is really relaxed and a laugh too.

Had an amazing evening with a random group of people we’d never met before (Shout outs to Toronto, Vancouver, Norway, and the US), in the family home of someone we’d never known previously.
With the guidance of Chef Antonio, we made some seriously delicious bruschetta, swordfish and beef skewers, pasta three different ways (fresh tomato, seafood, and pistachio), had LOTS OF WINE, and to top it off we had a pistachio semifreddo for dessert (with limoncello to help digest it all of course 😉).
My partner and I couldn’t have been happier with this evening, surrounded by a very hospitable family, and some very interesting folks that we got to know for an evening as if we’d known them all for ages. There were so many great photos and videos taken of the evening so we will have plenty of memories to go over in the future!
If you ever get the chance to do a cooking class while on a vacation, I’d highly recommend it! And if you’re ever in Palermo Sicily, you should definitely look this one up specifically and book yourself an amazing evening!

This was a fabulous experience!!
This family opened up their home and welcomed all eleven of us for a cooking and dining experience that took us late into the night. The time passed so quickly with laughs, stories and delicious food and drinks. They made accommodations for people’s diet restrictions and provided transportation to and from their home. This was one of the best excursions we’ve been on thanks to Chef Antonio and his family.

What an evening to remember - our first in Sicily could not have been more magical.
Even before we arrived Antonio texted to make sure the evening would go well and we would love the food. The group was the perfect size, Antonio arranged for his son Salvo to pick us up and we sharpened our technique for cooking great pasta and wonderful fish.
Dinner with Antonio and his lovely family - the wine, the food and the talk into the evening was perfect.

Antonio is an amazing chef and very welcoming in his family home. His hospitality was great. True experience in a Sicilian family home.
The food we cooked was great and Antonio shared some great tips with us while we were preparing it.

We had the best evening at Antonio! The whole experience was amazing. After a very warm welcome from the family in the home, he thought us to cook sicilian dishes while making it fun and entertaining too. He has a large kitchen outside which is amazing. After cooking we sat on the table and enjoyed the food, lots of wine and shared good stories about our lives. After we had homemade limoncello and icecream (the best). Since it was such a nice evening we stayed till late, talked and forgot time. We will definently recommend the cooking class of Antonio! This was the highlight of our trip in Italy. My partner, Stefan, and I were really looking forward to doing a cooking class. Antonio was amazing and his family was lovely. The class was in his home, which made the experience so much more intimate. He made the experience welcoming and fun - we spent the whole night talking and laughing and trying out our terrible Italian (we also cooked). He really focused on the importance of good ingredients and taught us about how to find good ingredients in London. The food was simple, but really well made and tasted absolutely amazing. We really loved talking to him and will definitely do another class - or just go for dinner with him when we are in Sicily again. And of course, his dog is wonderful.

Five of us had a WONDERFUL market tour and evening with Antonio and his family, learning to make the components of an excellent Sicilian menu. Most importantly, we laughed as we learned, and we enjoyed ourselves beyond measure. We will return to Sicily one day, and we will return to Antonio’s place, this time as family.
