After meeting the other guests, you’ll start with a brief tour of the Villa, you’ll move to the kitchen for a relaxed hands-on session, after a introduction to the dishes, everyone cooks at their own pace, following the chef step by step. Halfway through the preparations, an aperitif with sparkling wine will be offered. At the end, you’ll sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve prepared, drinking Sicilian wines
You’ll prepare: ricotta cream, panelle, arancini, fried eggplants, sweet & sour onions, compose salad and cannoli shells at the end. The focus is on ingredients and technique you can replicate at home, with clear explanations and time to ask questions. You’ll chop, knead, cut and plate everything yourself
