The cannoli making class was lots of fun. Carmelo, a pastry chef, was engaging, humorous and informative. It was wonderful sharing the time with others from all over Europe. And, the cannoli were delicious.

We had an EXCELLENT time with Chef Jackie making cannolis. So much so that we stayed for her pizza making class right after! She made everything feel so easy and we were so proud of ourselves for how tasty everything turned out! Would absolutely recommend the experience and Chef Jackie in particular!!

This was the best experience! Francesca was an amazing chef and it is all hands on… you mix your own dough and cut and fry the shells, make the filling and get to fill the shells! And then enjoy with white wine! THE BEST MORNING 🤌🏻 Favorite experience of our time in Itsly

Fun fun fun! Instructor was formerly from Texas so of course spoke perfect English. Informative instructions and tips. A very hands on class. Pasta making was great. Although he cooked the sauces you still saw how to close up and learned how to do it and got the recipes. Learned the skills to teach my book club to make pasta dinner next time I host. The men in the class had fun. The only con was that we were served so much food I had to cancel dinner at a restaurant I’d booked way in advance. Dessert was awesome and we were given more wine and limoncello than we could drink. Loved everything about this experience! A little hard to find so allow yourself time. Air conditioning was great and the class setup was roomy, well designed, and very professional.

Was such a fun immersive experience where we learnt in detail how to make cannoli and watch a true professional! We ended up with so many cannoli by the end we were eating them for a couple of days after! Very nice instructor who even sent us the recipe after so we can make them ourselves. Would definitely recommend

What a wonderful experience my Aunt and I had learning to make cannolis. Very hands on and interactive, we go to do everything with the support of our Chef. We made so many cannolis with two different fillings and got to enjoy them after the class with a coffee. If you are in Taormina, add this to your list of activities.

We had an all adult family of 6 participate in this excursion. The restaurant was beyond accommodating and very clean! We made SO many cannoli and they were delicious! I would highly recommend this very fun excursion to any adult!

This was an excellent experience, I'm glad we did it. We were made to feel welcome from the very start by the staff and Francesca.
This experience is worth every penny.
We made cannoli and two fillings under Francescas instruction, we had wine, water and finished off with a lemoncello.
I feel confident to make cannoli at home and can't wait to try the recipe.
We left with a certificate to say we completed the course, it was fun and anyone could do it.

The whole process of the cannoli making class was fantastic. Our instructors were great in explaining how to make the cannoli and helped us along the way. Once the cannoli was ready to be fried we were guided to the kitchen where the staff showed us the frying process. Then we were shown what to use to fill the cannoli and got to then taste our creations. Overall the experience was 10/10 and the staff were great. I would definitely do this again and would recommend to everyone to try.

Fun class with lots of good tips. Instructor was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Made a lot of Cannoli - more than we could eat. Be careful to only seal shell with egg white on edge or cannoli will stick to tube.

Would highly recommend this cooking class! Maurizio and the team were lovely and explained each step very well. It was really fun doing the course with different people on holiday from around the world. After the class we got to eat the cannolis and overall it was a lovely experience.

We had a great time making cannolis! This class is at an actual restaurant and it's wicked cute. We got there early and hung out for a bit. It looks like a great lunch spot. The class itself was very fun. The instructor is great, very knowledgable and friendly. He is the pastry chef at the restaurant and he said he uses all our scraps for the restaurant's cannolis which is cool. He was very informative, the pacing was good and he sent us the recipes when the class was over. We made the regular ricotta filling and a custard filling. We also met lovely people and chatted after the cooking while enjoying our freshly made cannolis. This is a great experience, very fun for people of all ages.

Loved everything about this class. Maurizio was a very friendly and informative instructor. His English was amazing. The restaurant and the staff are notch. They allowed my husband to take pictures even though he wasn't participating in the class. This was my favourite activity of my 25 day trip to Sicily! I'm interested in taking a cooking class my next visit to Sicily. ❤️
