Wonderful cooking class

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class! Teresa was great to communicate with in the planning of our cooking lesson. We enjoyed all the information she gave us and the tour of the market. We were welcomed into Teresa’s home and were shown how to make 4 different recipes. I can’t wait to make the recipes at home for my family. Deliziosa! Grazie!

COOKING ON A SUNNY SUNDAY

Wow! On a sunny Sunday morning we sat on the patio at our individual boards and learned how to make simple pasta shapes. Teresa then brought us in the kitchen for the hands-on sauce-making and eggplant cutlets frying. When our dishes were ready we sat down to a divine lunch with wine. Salut!

Excellent Sicilian Culinary Experience

An excellent culinary experience. We shopped the market with Teresa, she carefully explained anything we needed, she prepared samples for us, and together we bought the fresh food for the meal. We then cooked at her house with clear instructions and everyone was engaged. We prepared the meal. Teresa was simply wonderful, a warm, funny, and gracious host. We were provided written recipes from a vast selection, not just the meal we made that day.

We had such a wonderful time on our class. Teresa is such a patient teacher. We made lovely food in the beautiful surroundings of the garden and having lunch at the end was amazing.
