Highly recommend this experience! Francesca is an amazing host and has a beautiful kitchen to teach in. We learned how to make cannoli using the old-school recipe and almond biscuit cookies. We had a great time and she lets you do everything yourself so you can learn the best. She also provides her recipe to take home. Thank you Francesa for a wonderful experience! We are grateful.

What a wonderful experience! 2 of my favourite Italian desserts and Francesca had them both! The experience was totally hands on, from start to finish. What a lovely woman offering a lovely class for those who dream to make authentic Italian food. I highly recommend this class, and not just for dessert but also fresh pasta (which I wish I had known sooner, as I would have signed up for this as well!). Instructions were simple and clear and I cannot wait to try these recipes when I get home.
