Try skydiving without the death-defying heights and high price-tag of jumping from an airplane! This indoor skydiving experience at iFly Phoenix simulates the adrenaline rush of a freefall in the safe and adjustable environment. Enter the state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel and benefit from one-to-one assistance from your instructor as you master basic manoeuvres, soar high into the air, or (depending on your experience level) perform thrilling aerial stunts.

- Most travelers can participate
- If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
- In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
- Minimum age is 3 years
- Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
- It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
- If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.
- For individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges and would like to experience Indoor Skydiving, please contact the iFLY location at to request a certified instructor to guide All Abilities flyers.

Q:How does the Phoenix Indoor Skydiving Experience work?
A:A vertical wind tunnel has fans at the top to draw air through the flight chamber and then push it back down the sides. The air is then compressed & sped up before it reenters the flight chamber causing a smooth column of air that enables you to fly.

It is an awesome experience but your flight times are very short. There is no time to really experience and develop an understanding of how to control yourself. The instructor held on to you the entire time and he seemed to be more interested in upselling you for more fights than letting you fly. Would be cheaper to actually jump from an airplane and do the real sky diving

This exceeded mine and my daughter‘s expectations!! My daughter is 12 and we cannot wait to bring the rest of our family to experience this! The staff really do a great job and make it a wonderful experience!! Just so you know The time slot you selected is the time you’re supposed to arrive. You have about an hour and 15 minutes for the whole experience of checking in, signing waivers, watching a very short video, getting suited up, getting a rundown on what you’re supposed to do in the chamber and then your turns in the chamber. I only say this because some gentlemen showed up half an hour early to their noon appointment. I guess thinking that they would be in the chamber having their experience right at noon. Instead of just nicely asking to clarify why they weren’t going earlier one of the gentlemen started chewing out the staff. He was acting like a complete jerk and they told him to leave and kicked him out. I couldn’t believe that man acted like such a child! Especially when the staff were so nice!! The other gentleman was really nice, stayed and had the time of his life!! WE ALL HAD SUCH A BLAST!!!

Norell was the only black kid there, I felt they should of made sure he had a good experience by taking him up, they didn't take him up at all, it wasn't fair when they took other kids up! I felt like he didn't get the whole experience.

I surprised my 12 year old granddaughter with 2 flights, but at first she was not happy about it. Her anxiety kicked and she was reluctant to do it. Waz, the instructor, was amazing. He was so good at making her comfortable, that when it was over, she was smiling ear to ear. She had a great time. Thank you, Waz!

I thought this experience wld be equivalent to a horrible rollercoaster ride. I was wrong. Soooooo much FUN!!!! I had an absolute blast!!! The staff is knowledgeable and energetic.

They up sell and you have to pay more if you want to higher than 5 feet. Also, their camera was broke so all they would give us is a video which is not what we wanted. Disappointed since this was a pricey adventure.

SUCCESS!! I booked a flight for my son's12th birthday. I upgraded his pkg. upon arrival to the "High Fly" and I'm So glad I did so that he got the Full experience.The instructors are friendly, experienced and professional. He said it was the scariest, but the most Fun thing he has ever done. LOL! I Do wish it was a few minutes longer for the amount it costs, but it was still worth the money for the amazing 1st time experience, all the different looks on his face leading up to entering the wind dome to the biggest smile in the world once he had taken flight inside the wind dome.. (Which I realize may have been somewhat forced from the 800 mile an hour wind hitting his face from below, but still. LOL!) My son was NOT disappointed at all and I honestly see this happening again ASAP.

It was fun but too pricey for only 2 minutes of fun. I also expected to be flying higher than five feet above the ground, but if you wanted to do that it was an extra $20. I think for the cost it definitely should have been included.

Everyone loved it, ages 16 to 53. Fun, safe, and unique indoor adventure for a warm day! Memorable! Pictures and video available for purchase as well. The entire staff worked well together to assure all parties were prepared and comfortable for their chosen adventure. They kept everything moving on time. Kirk Artman was our instructor. He's excellent! If you have a chance, watch his skilled aerobatic maneuvers. He's outstanding! Great fun for all. Glad we didnt miss out on this one!
