And it does rain in Arizona!!!
The Hole in the rock is much smaller in person.
I received a call about 20 minutes before start time asking if I’d like to cancel due to projected rain. I said I was in an uber on the way there. A few minutes later I received another call canceling due to rain. The rain was projected all week. The caller seemed indecisive on the phone and I had an uber ride to Scottsdale that I didn’t need to take. They could and should have cancelled the night before.

Hi Nicole, I'm truly sorry for the frustrating morning and the wasted trip down from Cave Creek. Because weather forecasts in our area can be notoriously unpredictable, we always hold out as long as possible hoping the weather will clear so guests don't miss out on the tour—though in this case, it unfortunately resulted in terrible timing. We completely understand why that was disruptive. I tried reaching you by phone today and left a voicemail to personally offer a Venmo reimbursement for your Uber ride, as we want to make sure you're taken care of for the travel hassle.
Additionally, a full refund request for the tour has been submitted through Viator.
Also, I would be happy to issue you a free pass for a tour. The next time you are in Scottsdale.

Allie, our tour guide, was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of Scottsdale and the vegetation we saw around us. She was so friendly. I really appreciated her patience in giving us time to acclimate to our bikes. Safety was her priority which made us feel very at ease during our ride. The view from the hole in the rock was breathtaking! The breeze was welcomed, too! Thank you, Allie, for a top notch experience!

You don't have to be a very proficient at riding a bike. Provides some time to get acclimated to the e-bike. Ride was very scenic and informative.

Great time on evikes seeing some of the city in Scottsdale. Our tour guide was great and good small group to keep everyone together!
I was able to do the tours with no issue despite the fact I was not able to actually pedal. I basically drove my bike like a moped and we were mostly on paved surfaces so not at all bumpy or jerky.
Nice bike ride through Scottsdale. The trails and bike lane are in great shape. Emily did a great job giving us info on the city as we toured around.

Riding an E-Bike is a “MUST DO” experience! Took me 50 years to try it! Wow! So fun and you set your own speed! Ally, out guide, was terrific explaining everything! The view in the desert-A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

Ride was a good amount of time. The guide was very informative. At times the headset lost reception if the distance was too far from the guide, but overall was fine. We took a few stops which worked well for breaks, to ask questions, and take pictures.
I was nervous but it was lots of fun! Bikes are easy to ride and the tour of the surrounding area was great!

My husband and I truly enjoyed this bike ride. Ashley, our tour guide was absolutely wonderful. She educated us on absolutely everything that we passed and all the areas that we visited. She was just a bundle of information. If we had time, we would definitely take this ride again.
