Excellent administration, ⭐️ set us up for a great experience.
It’s an adventure and one should dress accordingly: though improbable, it is quite possible that the balloon may land in a location that is a wee hike from the pursuit/recovery vehicles, so good sensible shoes are a must; it’s located at over 5000ft above mean sea level so, it’s cool, you’ll be going higher too, so dress warm; It’s a photogenic activity ⭐️ the golden hour for the Sunlight on the Land in the necessarily cooler air of Dawn and Dusk, you’ll meet fellow adventurers ⭐️ and you’ll want to take pictures but try to live in the moment, allow yourself to immerse in the experience and enjoy the silence and stillness; our flight Yesterday with Clotaire and Johnny in the other balloon was exciting! ⭐️ low level, nap of the earth flying; the skill on display was extraordinary! ⭐️ it ended traditionally 🍾 too ⭐️

The experience was incredibly calm, peaceful and at times, quiet which I did not expect.

Balloon ride was cancelled. It’s unfortunate that they couldn’t decide that earlier. They kicked us up at 4:45am and drove us 50 minutes to a hangar in the middle of nowhere until they decided weather wasn’t good for air balloon flying. I appreciate their decision but wish they could have decide that before we ride out there. I do appreciate Viator’s immediate refund.

We always appreciate a visitors point of view, even when it seems unfair. We think it's important to note our takeoff location is 25 minutes north of downtown Santa Fe, which is clearly mentionedon on our website. Mother Nature is fickle, we'd much rather fly than cancel, as it's our pleasure to provide an awesome experience, not a scary or dangerous one. We'd rather earn our guests smiles than frowns. We're very sorry you felt such disappointment and dissatisfaction that unforecasted weather prevented your adventure. It was our pleasure to immediately request your refund from Tripadvisor. We firmly stand by our motor, " it's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air, wishing you we on the ground". We suppose our caution for your safety earned your three star review. Our flight decisions are NEVER and will NEVER be influenced by monetary gain.

Our driver Jean was very informative and we especially appreciated her picking us up. Our pilot Johnie was great and also very knowledgeable. We had a very wonderful ride thank you.

Ya'll, this was super fun and the pilots are SO GREAT. Such personality in the two of them. Crew is FABULOUS and SO HARDWORKING. Dropped my phone out the hot air balloon, and they couldn't have been better or kinder or more caring. I can say with absolute certainty that after i dropped my phone, i focused on the experience and had an even greater connection to New Mexico, the balloon, the crew and pilots, and the people I was with. Sue, the organizer, is FABULOUS. Makes everything easy and simple. They really know what they were doing too. I mean, wow. They are so funny and so engaging. The friendship between the pilots is OBVIOUS and they clearly LOVE what they do.

Beautiful views of the mountains around Santa Fe. Fun and experienced pilots. More time spent in a vehicle than in the balloon basket. Charming picnic at the end of the flight; watch out for the bugs (bring spray!!!)

This hot air balloon ride was an amazing experience with incredible views. The pilot was very skilled and knowledgeable.about the profession. I am glad I picked this company as they were extremely safety conscious with decades of flying experience. They were so friendly and kept the conversation fun and flowing. The treats at the end were a nice touch.

We went on Father’s Day. Johnny was our captain, and he’s hilarious. When we arrived to the location they had to unroll and blow it up. We were in the air for about 20-25 mins until winds started to pick up, and we had to land. The ride was stable and smooth. You don’t leave until everything was packed. I would give it 5/5 if it weren’t for a short ride and pricey compared to some places.
