The trip was a great way to spend some time prior to leaving for the airport. Our tour guide was helpful and informative. The stops were interesting and had beautiful views.

I took the tour on a Sunday. Majority of the attractions of stops were closed. And even if I wanted to stop at one of them, I’d have to wait 90 minutes for the bus to come back and get me while it states 45 minutes. So none of the other riders got off on any of the stops due to that factor. I originally had planned to go on Saturday but because of street closures I was asked to go on Sunday. At that time, I did not know the majority of the places would be closed.

You’re absolutely right that Sundays in Salt Lake City can be quieter, with some attractions closed or operating limited hours. While this is outside of our control, we understand how it can impact the overall Hop On Hop Off experience, especially for guests hoping to explore multiple stops.
Regarding the timing, our 90-minute interval is part of our published winter schedule. That said, we recognize that when attractions are closed, waiting for the next loop may make hopping off less appealing, and we’re continuing to improve how we set expectations for Sunday tours in particular.
As for the Saturday street closures, those were city-mandated and unfortunately outside of our control. When we suggested moving to Sunday, our intent was to ensure the tour could still operate safely, though we understand in hindsight that the trade-offs were not fully clear.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us refine our communication and improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for riding with us and sharing your perspective.

We had a wonderful experience on this bus tour. We almost missed seeing SLC due to a delayed flight, but they contacted me via text to let me know about an evening Christmas light tour. The bus tour was informative, the seating was very comfortable. We even got a coupon for breakfast the next day!!

Moe was an exceptionally friendly and helpful tour guide! He was very accommodating with tips, free drinks, and local restaurant discounts! We took advantage of the 50% off at Christopher’s Prime and finished our weekend off in SLC with dinner out! He even took a couple of ladies on the tour free of charge who missed their other tour bus! Not many owners would do that!

Excellent way to see lots os SLC. Friendly guides, cool route. Do it! Stopping often is worth it, the night route pretty too. Do some walking!

A great way to see the city in a short period of time and find out what was going on. The driver Mo did a great job of explaining everything and providing insights. Couldn’t have seen the city any other way. Great experience.
