We had a very interesting boat ride around Great Salt Lake. Colton was our guide, who was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to be with! There were lots of brine flies on the water, but I still found it enjoyable. This is the perfect tour if you’d like to experience the lake without it taking up most of the day.

Our guide was Travis and he demonstrated good knowledge of the area in general and salt flat I particular. He was professional, friendly and handled the driving well. During the tour we saw a fire and Travis was quick to change our itinerary in the interest of safety. He also found an item we left on the bus and he went out if his way to ensure it was returned to us. Highly recommend this experience for those wanting to see the salt flats without the burden of driving yourself.

The vehicle was spacious and comfortable, and it was stocked with thoughtful amenities including water, snacks, binoculars, hats, bug spray, and face nets. Every detail seemed to be considered. The tour concluded with an adventurous sunset hike to a scenic overlook above the Great Salt Lake, providing a memorable ending to an already fantastic experience.
