Wonderful Tour of Salt Lake City
The morning live performance of the tabernacle choir and orchestra was excellent. The second part of the tour - a city bus tour - stopped at several interesting locations. Our tour guide & driver, Matthew, provided outstanding information and commentary throughout the tour.

Perfect day tour for solo travelers
This is a fantastic tour. As a solo female traveler, I often think twice about booking a private tour, but I only had 1 free day in SLC and I wanted to really see the area. I'm glad I booked the trip. Shawn made sure that I felt comfortable both before and throughout the tour and he did an amazing job sharing insights about the area's history and development. The canyons are gorgeous and well maintained; we even saw a moose!
I opted in for the tram ride at Snowbird and am convinced it should absolutely be a fixed item in the itinerary for everyone that is physically able. The views are phenomenal!
If I have the chance to visit SLC again, I will definitely book another tour with Shawn (the multi-day national park trips look awesome).

Driver is very friendly...
Driver is very friendly and courteous to the needs of the group. This is a drive to a spot and get out and look around tour. There is tons of commentary and time to ask questions about the area. I felt very lucky to go on this trip with my wife. We enjoyed how nice the driver was and personable. If you want to just sit in the van for the whole time it makes it harder on the people that would like to get out and explore. Would 100% recommend!

Dima was a great guide...
Dima was a great guide and did an awesome job keeping us engaged in our journey! The only minor issue was that we ended up in the back row of the van…it was bumpy and full…every seat was taken. It would have been awesome if we had a seat further up front.

Top Notch Highlights Tour
Great quick overview of the great Salt Lake. Tyler, our guide, is a native Salt Lake resident and was very passionate about the lake and its story. Also gave the highlights of the environmental importance the lake has in the ecosystem. Very impressed.

Trolley Tour is a MUST!
We LOVED our tour! The guides were so talented and funny! We learned so much about SLC in our short time here and the team really made sure we were enjoying our selves. The cathedral was my favorite stop and the Coke & Cracker Jacks were a cute snacks!

Salt Flats experience.
Our guide was Travis and he demonstrated good knowledge of the area in general and salt flat I particular. He was professional, friendly and handled the driving well. During the tour we saw a fire and Travis was quick to change our itinerary in the interest of safety. He also found an item we left on the bus and he went out if his way to ensure it was returned to us. Highly recommend this experience for those wanting to see the salt flats without the burden of driving yourself.

Good City Tour
We really enjoyed this tour of the city and Ella was full of great information. My favorite was probably the Pioneer village. I could have probably stayed there a little longer. Recommend this to anyone wanting to get a history of SLC and to get familiar with the layout of the city.

Amazing tour 5/5
We traveled on a large luxury bus with 53 people. 49/53 spoke Chinese. The tour was in Chinese and English. Everyone was lovely. Only the people who booked through Viator had lower end hotel rooms. I’m guessing the Chinese people who booked direct paid more and had an option to upgrade. One of my hotel rooms in yellow stone had no mini fridge. I need to keep meds cold. I had to buy dry ice. If I had the option to upgrade my room I gladly would have paid more. Enquire directly with the tour company and ask if you have a choice.
The guide and driver were extremely nice and helpful. We saw tons of animals and Beautiful sites. We had perfect weather. We could never have seen that many things on our own.
I planned on tipping the suggested amount at the end of our tour. I was surprised when they added a daily service fee cash only. I asked if that was the tip and they said yes. They added
$15 a day per person. We paid it.
I was very happy with the tour. Pack your patients too. The day may be longer than you would like. But just go with the flow. Dinner was very late the last night 9pm as a group. Most nights it was earlier on your own.
Sam Zhang & the driver were wonderful. I highly suggest this tour. I thought the price was low for what you received.

Fantastic Way to Explore Salt Lake City — Helpful Staff, Great Views & Easy Tracking
I had a great experience with SLC Bus Tours during our visit to Salt Lake City. We took the Hop-On Hop-Off tour on a Sunday, and while some attractions were closed that day, the driver did an excellent job letting everyone know what was still open and worth visiting. That was extremely helpful and made planning our stops much easier.
Customer service was also fantastic — very responsive, friendly, and easy to reach with questions before boarding. I have been all over US and Europe, and I haven't seen anywhere near to such caring staff.
One of the best features was the live online bus tracking map, which made it simple to know exactly where the bus was and when to head to the stop. It removed a lot of the stress that usually comes with sightseeing transportation.
We were lucky to ride on the open-top bus, and the views of downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding mountains were incredible. It made for a really fun and memorable way to explore the city.
Highly recommend this tour for both first-time visitors and locals wanting to see the city from a different perspective!

Worth it!
Wonderful visit to an uncommon natural beauty. Saw burrowing owls, great horned owls, numerous other birds and literally hundreds of bison. Dima is the sweetest most hardworking tour guide who will do everything to ensure you see as much wildlife as you can. Amazed by how much he knows about Utah history and how well he summarizes it for the casual travelers.

Great bike tour of the...
Great bike tour of the city. I did this the first day of my stay in SLC. On the bike, it gave me an opportunity to see the lay of the land and information from my guide allowed me to note places I’d want to add to my itinerary throughout my stay. Ride was not challenging as most of SLC is flat and very bike friendly. My guide also offered excellent restaurant and local hiking recommendations.
