Meet your guide and group in central Reykjavik, board the climate-controlled coach, and embark on the Golden Circle tour of Iceland's most remarkable natural landmarks. Along the way, learn about the history, ecology, and geology of the area from your local guide.
Stop at the Geysir geothermal area, home to the Strokkur geyser, which erupts with a 98-foot (30-meter) column of boiling water every few minutes. Continue to Gullfoss, one of Iceland's most impressive waterfalls, where the Hvítá River cascades into a 105-foot (32-meter) crevasse.
In Thingvellir National Park (Þingvellir), see the fields of verdant moss and the gash in the earth where the Eurasian and American tectonic plates are pulling apart.

A great tour. The guide, Per, was excellent, providing lots of information on the sites, the history of Iceland and the culture. Would recommend this tour which was one of the more affordable on offer.

Fab tour with Kirsten. Weather was lovely and we hit all the spots and importantly saw Puffins up close even though we were at the tail end of the season. We even stopped to pick up stranded passengers from a broken down minibus from another tour company. Be aware that the 1st toilet stop was 2 and 3/4 hours from pick up, but there was a toilet on the bus. Also WiFi on the bus which was cool. There was slight confusion about pick up points as there is a tender pick up and fixed berth pick up but no issues and comms were good.

Our guide, Richie Rich was fun and informative. He provided lots of historical context and anecdotal comments. His music selections were good, though the sound level was sometimes too low to fully appreciate the music. He emphasized safety, saying clickty-clickty multiple times for us to click our seat belts. Our driver was very professional, smooth stopping and driving. He slowed for the dips in the road and the speed bumps. Richie Rich guided us very well. I did not feel left out or rushed. He gave us ample time to see the sights, get food or visit the WC. I was most impressed by the Fridheimar Greenhouse and Guilfoss Falls. Strokkur geyser was tardy. I took a video of 1 event, then a double shot of water came earlier than expected. I waited another 20 minutes with no activity. That is always a risk dealing with Mother Nature. Pingvellir National Park was great. Richie explained the historical story about the first parliament in 930 A.D. Richie provided lots of local color of the countryside and Iceland's poets and designers.
Great way to spend a day out in Iceland. Bus was on time tour guide was excellent very informative. Loads of time to explore each stop.
This was a huge bus, and I wished that I had booked with a smaller group. Despite that, it was a great tour. Guide Maryanne was great, very informative and made sure we kept to schedule. Though the weather wasn't great, everything was beautiful and worth seeing. The tomato soup at the greenhouse was excellent!

I wish we had a little more time at the tomato farm and we could have done with less time at both the waterfall and Thingvellir as neither location was a long walk. There’s an option to walk farther at Thingvellir but it was the last stop and we were a bit tired at that point.

Great views, The tomato farm Bloody Mary was one of the tastiest I ever had, and the soup was awesome. The geyser and the waterfalls were breathtaking. Our tour guide and bus driver were exceptional

Awesome sights, great guide and the extra visit to the greenhouse was fab! We had tomato soup, tomato mocha, tomato ice cream and mulled tomato wine! All delish ❤️

Amazing and we has a snowy day which made it all the more atmospheric. Each area was just awe enspiring, best tomato soup ever at Fridheimer and took some notes too for my own tomato growing 🤩

Loved this tour! We got to see so much, but I especially enjoyed the tomato greenhouses with the ponies outside. The stops were the perfect length and our guide was a true delight!

Oulaf was an amazing tour guide! Her exceptional knowledge and care and consideration made for an impactful and educational experience. Despite the rain, we had a great day and saw and learned so much. The greenhouse stop was a fun and interesting addition to the other golden circle stops. This excursion is a "must" for those visiting Iceland. However....if you have been to Niagara, Yellowstone or Hawaii, you will not see anything close to their grandeur.

A classic golden circle tour where you get to see all the major sites. The tomato farm is really cool and you have just enough time there to have a look around and try some of the products they make. Our guide was really professional and I learnt a lot about Iceland on the drives between sites.

Best day we had was the Golden Circle. Peter our tour guide was just fantastic, the kids (8&16) both really enjoyed listening to his stories and knowledge, he's made me want to learn more, so interesting. You must go to the greenhouse, the soup is just amazing!

This is a 8 hour tour through some of the most expectacular views in Iceland it is totally worth the time and the experience was awwsome 100 percent recommedable!

This tour was everything we had hoped it would be. Geysir was impressive, Gulfoss awe-inspiring, the greenhouse an excellent example of Icelandic ingenuity. Finishing up at the national park was another gorgeous walk in Iceland. Our guide and driver were very friendly and made the day enjoyable.
Great tour. Enjoyed the greenhouse to have tomato soup. At the geyser there are two restaurants, so pay attention to decide what you want. Fantastic guide and great experience. First time I did it was 15 years ago in Jan. Definitely different to see it a second time but in summer.
We had a great day out on this trip. the coach was very comfortable, the driver and guide were lovely, and the stops were beautiful with plenty of time at each location.

I booked this tour because of the reviews. Surprisingly, our tour was not what I expected. Eric who was our guide was by far the laziest guide I’ve ever had so far. I’ve been travelling for years everywhere. He just tells us minimally where to go, does not talk about the site, and go with us to see.
This was an amazing tour in spite of the windy and snowy weather conditions. The tour operator modified the itinerary and route but one of the mountain passes still closed. Therefore she took us around the Reykjanes western peninsula back to Reykjavik along the Atlantic Ocean. The scenery was totally awesome. The lava fields were similar to the moon scape, Well worth it in spite of the weather conditions.
