This was one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Levi was a great guide…very informative and thorough. He’s very knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. He’s done a lot of research to prepare for his tours. Each stop was very different and enjoyable. Loved the lagoon…incredible experience! The tomato farm was unique and the food was delicious (especially the bread)! The waterfalls were amazing especially being able to get so close to feel the spray. The geysers and tectonic plates were very interesting. The National Park was beautiful! Highly recommend this tour!

Amelia made the tour very special. It was a wonderful day with weird weather and great views.
We started at the secret lagoon and did the circle opposite of most people. This helped to reduce the crowds. I really appreciated this.

This reviewed is going to be a little off. This particular tour was cancelled(weather related) but they immediately offered another tour for another day. The tour we ended up going on was the southern coast tour. The very next day we took this tour but with another tour company. So as for the things you do on this particular tour, do it, it will blow your mind. The beauty and power of the nature in Iceland is breathtaking. These are things you have to see while in Iceland. The greenhouse lunch was one of the coolest dining experiences we have ever had. This tour is well worth it and you won’t regret spending time seeing all amazing nature in Iceland. It is a one of a kind destination.
Now, as to our guide, Bjorn, he was amazing. His driving skills are next level and we drove through some tough weather. Bjorn was so much fun. We literally chatted the whole day about virtually everything. At the end of the day when we were all exhausted he played Icelandic music and we napped while he drove us back to Reykjavik. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and one of the most personable guides we have ever had. At the end of the day we gained new experiences and a friend in Iceland.

This was an amazing trip! Pick up was easy and punctual, and the itinerary was perfect to maximize every minute of December sunlight. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and had wonderful restaurant recommendations as well!

This was a wonderful tour. When there was a delay in morning pickup, the company promptly messaged me on Viator. Everything after that was easy and smooth. Van was comfortable and roomy and our tour guide was a delight. We never felt rushed in any stops. We picked this tour because it included lunch at the tomato greenhouse and it really set this tour apart from others. Look no further; choose this tour.
The best tours are a combination of great places/ experiences and a great guide. Einar was an absolutely fantastic guide, sharing stories, giving us tips and answering all the questions that were thrown at him. He made this one of the best tours we’ve done - anywhere and anytime.
btw, the Fridheimar Tomato Farm sounds a little strange but is an amazing place with great food. All the 5* reviews about it are true.

Having never been to Iceland, I thought this would be a good way to explore. The Secret Lagoon was a surprise, I didn't expect it to be so warm, and it was so peaceful. The Tomato Greenhouse was an eye-opener too. I really recommend this trip

Arna was a great driver and host. Very informative and just very friendly. The tomatofarm is a great treat, especially on a rainy day, and very interesting. Geysir's little brother Stokkur makes his brother proud and Gullfoss is just breathtaking.

From the moment we were picked up by Kristian to the time we were dropped back at our hotel, we had a wonderful time. Kristian as the driver and guide did a fantastic job. He was funny and entertaining and new his facts about his country and the places he took us. Every stop off point detailed in the tour was brilliant and the staff at the Fridheimer were delightful. As all previous reviews have stated, we would also give 5☆ and thoroughly recommend. A long day but fantastic.

Our guide was personable and knowledgeable as we meandered through a variety of extraordinary Icelandic experiences. We loved the pool, the dramatic landscapes, and the dairy farm was an extra treat. While the tomato farm was impressive, the food was mediocre. All in all - a delightful day.

Max and Hidden Iceland were great guides. The bus was comfortable, they organize the tour to minimize crowds as much as possible as we were the first at the lagoon on the morning. Having been to the Blu Lagoon, the Secret Lagoon was much more relaxing. The tomato greenhouse and the sites were excellent.

We loved the spots we stopped at and the lunch was amazing and unique. The driver though nice talked non stop. It is nice to have a guide that offers little bits of information along the way and answers questions but Martin didn’t stop talking the entire time in the van. Everyone just wanted time to rest and enjoy the scenery and it was very difficult to do with his microphoned voice over was obnoxious

This was a fantastic tour. Our guide, Robert, was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and very helpful. We covered a lot of ground but did not feel rushed in any of the locations and even squeezed in an extra stop for ice cream at a beautiful farm. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you are new to Iceland.

We loved this tour. The pace was leisurely and the sites were lovely. Our tour guide, Robert, was knowledgeable and delightful. He kept us on task but was not pushy. It was charming day.

Our experience was thoroughly enjoyable because of our knowledgeable and humorous guide Einard, who had a vast knowledge of the history, topography and legend's of all the areas we visited. He was also very helpful and aware of the physical limitations of my Husband and another traveler on our tour. He also took great pictures for us all. He helped us become immersed in the experience of each location.

Brilliant experience, tour guide Robert was fab, so knowledgeable and he spent the whole trip sharing his tips, experience and answered everyone’s questions. Being a small bus was great and we did so much but never felt hurried or rushed. The secret lagoon was a lovely warm start, the tomato greenhouse was also warm with delicious food and that set us up for the geyser, waterfall and National park.

This was a great tour. Our tour guide Robert had great stories and facts about Iceland that really made the trip fun and interesting. After having a tour the day before that had a van with one more row of seats, it was nice being in the clean spacious Mercedes van. Going directly to the Secret lagoon was a wonderful start to the day. It was glorious! Clean, warm and water directly from the earth (no the power plant), proof is in the hot springs bubbling up around the pool. Going to the greenhouse was a pleasant surprise! Not sure how interesting a greenhouse would be, but seeing how they harnessed the earth's energy was fascinating! And the food was fantastic too! (desserts cooked in the terracotta are not to be missed, especially the cheesecake!). And don't forget to try some of the tomato drinks, and the bread? Off the charts! The national park was beautiful too! But what isn't in Iceland! Another thing I liked about this tour was the places weren't too far away from each other, so you weren't in the van for hours at a time. I would recommend this in a heartbeat! It was a highlight of our trip!

The whole day was truly magical. Straightforward collection and off we went to the Secret Lagoon. We arrived early before the crowds and it was lovely, unbelievably warm water and great fun. The tomato farm was fascinating and the food was all really tasty. We also got to meet some Icelandic horses. It was amazing to see the Geyser in real life and the Waterfall is spectacular. We were lucky to catch a beautiful rainbow there. The icing on the cake to our wonderful day was our guide Robert. He was friendly and funny, and the journeys between the stopping points passed by so quickly with his stories and information. We learnt a lot about Iceland, and I loved his recommendation of the Icelandic composer Ólafur Arnalds. (Takk Robert!). The minibus was much more comfortable than we thought (as we are both tall people) and Robert was a careful driver. I cannot fault this trip at all. I would happily go on it again tomorrow if I could.

What a fabulous excursion this was! We booked this trip last minute and so glad that we did! We were lucky to travel in a small group and our tour guide's were super friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. We would recommend this excursion to anybody visiting Iceland. The views of Gullfoss waterfall were out of this world, and the experience of having lunch at Fridheimar tomato restaurant will definitely be one to remember. 10/10!!
