Be careful with their "No cancellation or refund policy". I paid $688.24 for two of us for this tour. All of our documentation stated that we would be picked up at our hotel. Also, our start time was 9AM and was for a duration of 11 hours, as stated on our confirmation. Less than 24 hours before the tour, they change the pick up location to a Bus Stop and changed our pick up time to 12 noon. We contacted Viator to help us with even an partial refund, but to no avail. We ended up booking a phenomenal tour with another company and they picked us up at our hotel. So beware that they have the ability to make these changes to your booking
