If you do only one tour in Iceland, you should do this one. It has it all. Spectacular waterfall, amazing geysers, beautiful Thingvellir national Park, and the unforgettable sky Lagoon. Add to that a visit to a neat tomato farm with cute sweet horses and you have a wonderful day long tour. Plus our driver Tony was awesome. Pick up at the hotel was on time and flawless, and they ordered a taxi to take us home after our soak at the sky Lagoon. Overall, everything worked out perfectly and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I recommend this tour wholeheartedly.

Awesome tour - perfect amount of time at every stop. Best way to see the sights of the Golden Circle & wonderful end to a great tour at the Sky Lagoon (with 7 step ritual). Our tour guide (with BusTravel Iceland) was the BEST (Odie)!!
Kuba as a guide is horrible. Late pick up then had to drive to pick up others that were not on our “premium” tour. Drops us at the farm with no instructions other than to meet back in an hour and a half. He takes off to take people to the lagoon that we’re not part of our tour. Comes back and texts us to ask where we are (before the 90 mins) and the group was having lunch - no one said anything about lunch. He told us we had another hour at the farm while he left again. I asked how he was going to make up the extra hour he left us and he said I misunderstood him. He also called me “darling” in a snarky way and never answered my question and tried to gaslight me TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Thank you for your feedback. The guests collected were part of the same premium tour, which may operate alongside lagoon guests. At Friðheimar, the scheduled stop is 1.5–2 hours and lunch is included, as stated in the booking information. We are sorry the instructions and communication felt unclear, but the itinerary was operated as planned.
The tour was excellent and guide was great. Finding the bus initially was a night mare. Some better signage or one company person directing people would have helped emencely.
This is a very long day but worth it! The sights on the Golden Circle are certainly impressive and yes there were lots of people but not making it difficult to see everything. Be prepared to get wet if you want to get next to the waterfall! The Fridheimar Tomato Farm with the added Horse "show" was a real highlight and the atmosphere was outstanding. We loved doing the Sky Lagoon at the end of the day...beautiful and relaxing! I highly recommend this tour!
This was a fabulous way to spend a pre-cruise day in Reykjavik! Besides seeing the classic Golden Circle, the highlight was the horse and tomato farm. We got to get up close and petthe horses and saw a demonstration of their unique gate. Then we had a tour of the innovative greenhouses that grow wonderful tomatoes. We ended the day at the Sky Lagoon which was a great way to wind down.
Ody was our driver, and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the sights and their historical context. He managed a clear running narration for most of the trip while getting us around safely.
The tour was a great way to maximize our time in Iceland.
This tour covered a lot of ground - we saw many sights that we've been reading about for the last year. The Kerid Crater was far more impressive than we had anticipated. Then the Fridheimer Horse Farm and tomato production was a joy! And, an unusual and excellent demonstration of different gaits of the Icelandic horse was fascinating. Then a geyser, which was OK. But then we saw the absolutely awesome Gullfoss Falls. We walked all paths to see this powerful spectacle from all angles. It was magnificent!
Next Thingvellir National Park with its fissures and tectonic plates. We opted for a visit to Sky Lagoon after, and being enveloped in an enormous hot infinity pool was very relaxing. They were very attentive in explaining the process.
Speaking of attentive, our Tour guide and driver, Kuba, was really wonderful! This man was courteous, professional, educational, and a darn good driver. He had a great sense of humor and made sure we understood what and where and what time we had to be. He really knows how to connect to people with knowledge and warmth. We felt he was one of the best tour guides we've ever experienced. Overall, we enjoyed our day and highly recommend this tour.
I loved it! Didn’t feel like it was as long of a tour as it was because there weren’t super long drives. I felt like we had enough time at each stop we took. The waterfall and geysers were amazing! Lunch was perfect and was a really great setting. I kind of wish I had made my own way to the Sky Lagoon since I didn’t like having to pay attention to the time to meet the bus; however, the 2 hours was a good amount of time there and it was nice to have transportation taken care of.
A very comprehensive tour and great time at the Sky Lagoon. I would recommend to anyone who wants a quick tour of the Golden Circle

Stopped at Kerid Crater, Fridheimar Icelandic Horse Stable & Tomato Farm, Gullfoss Waterfall, Strokkur Geyser, Thingvellir National Park and Sky Lagoon.
We had plenty of time to see the attractions. If everyone in group is at pick up location few minutes early and when leaving attraction, you might get extra time at the site like we did a few times.
Tomato Farm was a little disorganized when you have lunch. Think it was pretty busy and low staff. Lunch not included in price so make sure you're aware of that.
There is some walking up steps and uneven terrain at some locales. Can get crowded at the major spots like the geyser and waterfall.
Sky Lagoon was a nice experience. Locals say it's better than the Blue Lagoon.

It’s a long but very enjoyable day. Add the Sky Lagoon to end the day. It’s brilliant.
Our driver:guide was excellent. Great driver, very knowledgeable and very kind and polite. He made the day a success.
On the tour you will see some really spectacular scenery. The tomato tasting farm and lunch was very good. We were lucky that we had sunny weather but it got very windy and cold towards the end. We did the Sky Lagoon and that was the real highlight of the tour. Awesome experience and I would highly recommend.
Stainer was a great tour guide. Friendly and knowledgeable about Iceland. We had a great day traveling the Golden Circle. The smaller van did not have wifi so good thing we had an auxiliary charger as our phones died quickly. I recommend putting your phone in airplane mode as well for most of the day. The crater and waterfalls were beautiful. The geyser was really cool. Lunch at the greenhouse was a very nice experience. The sky lagoon was relaxing except when snow was pelting us in the face. Definitely preferred the private shower at the sky lagoon.
Definitely recommend the small group tour. My guide happened to be a linguist which was nice. The farm visit was the highlight. Loved the horse show. Tried tomato beer…not a fan, but the tomato soup was delicious! Sky lagoon was a great ending to the day.
Monica was a great guide! Very informative throughout the tour. She was fairly strict with timings but allowed some flexibility if needed. Very accommodating and a great guide, providing extra information at certain locations eg. National park. Her enthusiasm for the nature she was showing us was infectious ! Only advice would be if you have a car it may be better to do the golden circle by yourself. You’ll have more flexibility (as we stopped for ages in a farm that we probs wouldn’t otherwise have done) and save lots of money.

I'd like to give 10 stars to Siggy. Also a huge shout out to the greenhouse staff and cooks, the horse show, and traveling companions. These make a tour great: the guide and fellow travelers!
Siggy, had lots of amazing facts and descriptions of what we were seeing and why they were important. He was personable, friendly and genuinely vested that we had time to see it all by keeping on schedule. He could teach a hospitality course to other guides. Absolutely the best.

Our tour guide Joseph was super knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor he made sure we were able to see everything we signed up for.
See a lot - but felt trip was rushed in order to get everything seen. Driver was clearly speeding at times

The beginning of the trip was a bit disorganized with bus shuffling but our guide was great. He communicated the entire time, was pointing things out and providing tons of helpful information from stop to stop. The Tomato form was a bit disorganized where some of our group was separated and not sure of what to meet up with people and we had a few group members who couldn't stick to timelines.
The Sky Lagoon dropoff was a bit late but pick up was on time. The spa experience alone is an absolute must and was much better than the rest of the stops.
The itinerary for the tour itself was fabulous. My favorite stop was the tomato farm and lunch. Cuba, the driver was great. The only problem i had with the tour is there was a significant delay due to one passenger who was significantly late. This turned the 10.5 hour tour into a 12.5 hour tour and added to my anxiety of getting back to the cruise ship timely and added to the exhaustion of the day.
Our guy, Tony was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He was very good at anticipating what we needed to know about everything that we were going to see. As good as the tour was, the seating on the van was actually painful. The legroom was inadequate and we were in a state of continual discomfort.
Enjoyed the visit. Waterfalls were impressive. Spa was nice and relaxing. Bring water shoes. Fun time.
Excellent tour! Our guide Tony was very knowledgeable and pleasant. All stops were great, even in the rain. We especially enjoyed the greenhouse restaurant for lunch and Sky Lagoon.

Can a tour be made especially for me? This one might’ve been. The absolutely delicious food at the tomato farm - wow! The Icelandic horses? So cute and so interesting to learn about!! Every scenic spot was gorgeous and totally worth seeing. And sky lagoon was soooooo relaxing and a PERFECT way to end the day!
I absolutely loved this tour - each spot was absolutely beautiful. The day was timed out really nicely. Our guide, Ragnar was kind and helpful and had lots of interesting information to share with us. Would absolutely recommend!
