Pickup Details Cruise Ship Arrivals If you are arriving by cruise ship, please include the name of your ship in the booking comments. Airport Pickups Please provide your flight number and a valid contact phone number when making your reservation. Your driver will monitor your flight status in real time and automatically adjust the pickup time in the event of delays or schedule changes. Your driver will wait: Up to 60 minutes after your flight lands at the airport. Up to 20 minutes at your accommodation for scheduled pickups. Departure Transfers For transfers to the airport, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or at the designated pickup location. To ensure sufficient time for check-in and security procedures, we recommend scheduling your pickup to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure.
