The young lady driver was on time, and did a wonderful job navigating the city in the middle of a marathon and closed roads. We traveled from our hotel to the cruise port. Highly recommend.

Driver had not shown up after 45 minutes. We took alternate transportation.
In fairness, festival and marathon closed many streets, however, the marathon and festival have been being held on this day since 1986, so it should have been no surprise.
I have asked for a refund, but no response or acknowledgement.

Our driver Siggi arrived early and met us exactly where he said he would be. He was very helpful in loading & unloading luggage, and provided some information about Reykjavik on our short ride to the cruise port.

Company worked with me to find a workable solution for pickup when all the roads around the hotel was closed. Was very good about changing the pickup time since we were not able to get our luggage to new pickup location several blocks away.

Very nice van with a freindly driver. We booked it because it was a direct ride from our hotel to the cruise pier. Especially since ther was a marathon race in town. We read a post that said it would bet difficult to get a taxi.

Our driver, Siggi, was nothing short of outstanding. He got us around the marathon traffic and to the ship without any problems, and was most informative regarding the locale. Although we had to walk 2 blocks from the hotel due to the marathon, he was there in minutes, and was very easy to find.

Early! Identified herself well- had our name visible on smartphone. which made it certain tyere was no error in making sure we connected- there were at least 20 other people looking for cabs/rides. The usual perfection of Viator sponsored transfers.

Great experience and worth it. Small mix up, do to us switching hotels, but no big deal, just called and it was handled. Still got to port on time. Definetly recommended.

Prompt, helpful, and friendly driver. Van was clean and comfortable. Distance between downtown hotels and cruise terminal is short so less expensive options may exist but this was a very convenient and stress free transfer.

Manuel was right there at the air terminal when we landed. He took our luggage and drove us into town to our hotel. He answered our questions and added a few more intersting facts. Good trip.

Our friendly driver arrived a few minutes early and led us to his vehicle. After cheerfully loading the luggage, he drove us straight to the cruise terminal. I think it's important to point our that he was an attentive, safe driver (because we used a different company 2 years ago in Reykjavik and their driver had his eyes on his phone and barely missed hitting a parked car). My husband and I highly recommend this transfer service!

Ziggy was great! A complete gentleman. We are a group of 5 ladies with a total off 15 bags and he didn’t allow us to off load any of the bags and It was pouring rain .

Our driver, Siggi, was fabulous. He picked us up at our hotel on time and drove us to our Elding Whale Watching tour. On the way I asked him to slow down as we passed the Sun Voyager sculpture and he not only slowed down but pulled over so I could snap a photo! I thought that was very kind of him. He also picked us up after the tour and was just as nice. He helped my husband (with limited mobility) into and out of his van.

Emma communicated by txt several times before meeting us in hotel lobby and assisting in loading bags. Private Volvo direct to airport. ALWAYS book a private car and avoid Flybus which requires two buses (thru bus station), long waits for all buses, and bus stops rather than door-to-door pickup. Be warned! Spend a few more shekels to get better service. Viator seems cagey about telling you the actual company with which. you are contracting.
